There is also a big park behind the house with a huge section for kids to enjoy

This place is designed with multiple bedrooms so it is perfect for those who enjoy having there own space & privacy, 10 min drive from Dtown, Old Port, Mount royal, Casino & more attractions. 4 bedrooms & 5 beds + one sofa bed, It is perfect for a big family gathering or a family super ! right next to the highway, Bus stop at the corner of the street and 5 mins walk to the subway

Not as advertised

Unfortunately, the pictures do not match the property. This unit is quite old with chipped paint and holes in the baseboards. It was evident that the host has tried to clean as best as they can but it was simply not enough. There was an awful smell in the washroom that would not go away. There were also insects (beetles and another type that I could not identify ). The location is great, close to most popular spots in Montreal but overall I would not recommend this property

Roomy but run down

The place was large and well situated, being just about a 10 minute walk to the metro line and just meters from a beautiful park and access to plenty of restaurants. My only concern was that there weren’t any hand towels or face cloths provided, which meant I had to buy a couple at the local Dollar store. And I couldn’t find any hand towels for drying the dishes, either. This was my first time renting a property through a site like vrbo so perhaps the lack of these items is normal, but it would’ve been nice to have been told that before booking. In addition, I had to buy more toilet paper as there wasn’t enough for us when we arrived. The washroom was also very small and - like most of the rest of the place - dilapidated. Still, despite these few issues, the place was roomy, the beds were comfortable and it was in a very good location. Thanks very much.

The place is nice the rooms are nice. I would suggest a little update. The parking is hard to find other than that it is 15 minutes away from downtown. It was easy to navigate thanks

Montreal apartment

Aged apt in older area. Nice neighbourhood. Nice 30 min walk to medical center which is the reason for our trip. Bus & subway close by if needed. Some renos inside complete. All in all acceptable decent place to headquarter out of in this area
