House was beautiful and as described, great location. The closest public beach access was under construction during our visit but once completed - this house will be a great spot to access without driving.

The house has some wear. There was a soft spot in the flooring that was cracked that was covered with a small area rug that my guests noticed immediately upon entering. There was mold and dried food on the cooking utensils in the kitchen. The house is beautiful but the cleaning needs to be more thorough.

Girl Scout troop 30565 absolutely loved our stay at Dauphin Island and the house chosen to stay in. We were located close to all things we wanted to do. 10 out of 10 will recommend this place

Birthday Getaway

Property was well kept; decor was very nice. Neighbors were very friendly. Our trip was very relaxing. The caliber of accommodations was outstanding with the exception of the cookware. (Owner should invest in new cookware for the very nice and well stocked kitchen)

Great location near Middle Beach and very close, waking distance, to several restaurants. We had a great view of the July 4th fireworks from the upper balcony, so that was a nice plus! Some of the furniture is very worn (pleather was peeling off of the Master Bedroom chair and ottoman). We were disappointed that guests don't have use of the lift/elevator. The upstairs AC stopped working on our first night, so it got really hot upstairs where most of the bedrooms are. Thankfully it was fixed around mid-day on our 2nd day. Besides these issues, we enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We are so glad you enjoyed the convenient location, nearby restaurants, and the fantastic view of the Fourth of July fireworks from the upper balcony. We appreciate you bringing the furniture to our attention and will share your feedback with the property owner. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the upstairs AC, but we're glad our local team was able to respond quickly and have it repaired before the holiday. Regarding the cargo lift, it is not available for guest use at any of our properties for insurance and safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you again for staying with us. We hope to welcome you back to Dauphin Island again soon.
