I’ve given a lot of thought to this review and I’ll start by saying we’ve stayed at this complex for over 30 years. That’s a lot of condos to rent. And although we love the area, this is the first time I was truly disappointed. I might sound a little harsh, but the overall quality of the condo vs. the rising cost just isn’t matching up. Here’s what stood out: 1. I emailed Boardwalk prior to our trip. We had 2 families staying with 3 small kids so the bunk beds were ideal. I asked if there was a trundle bed under the bunk beds, and was told there wasn’t. No big deal, I made sure we packed a blow up mattress. Got there, & was surprised to in fact have a trundle bed. I stuffed a blow up mattress in our vehicle for no reason. Not the end of the world, but property managers should know the details of the condos they represent.2. The theme of the condo felt like “Good Enough.” Cleanliness- meh. Quality- meh. Comfort- meh. Nothing was excellent- gross couch that was horribly uncomfortable to even sit on. Trash cans were left in the garage & the smell hit you as soon as you entered. Spiders in the corners inside and out of the condo. Dog hair all over couch (it doesn’t allow animals), & a broken cabinet. If you cook (like we do) plan to bring most everything you need as they haven’t supplied much, & what is there isn’t great. Now we did have great communication from Jessica, and we did receive a refund for the A/C being out until the last day of our trip. Overall- good, not great
