We have a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath house that will comfortably sleep 10 people. Master bedroom has its own full bath and a queen bed flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds and flat screen TV. 3rs bedroom has 1 king and 1 queen with flat screen tvThere is a large living room, kitchen dining area, sun room with queen fold out couch and an enclosed back porch. Brand new outdoor kitchen! includes a flat top gill, charbroiler, commercial pizza oven (commercial fryer not for guest use!!!!) for all to enjoy. This home has it 2 floating docks that you can pull your boat up to AND an inground heated pool with a screen enclosure. Home offers smart tvs, WIFI, Washer and Dryer, 2 kayaks to use at your leisure and the putdoor kitchen You can rent a pontoon for the week, go out to the local sandbar in the middle of the gulf, enjoy it just like a beach, take a small grill and make a day of it in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico. Also honeymoon island state park and beach is only 30 minutes away ,World famous Clearwater beach is right at 1 hour away directly down state road 19. You can also make a day of it and go to orlando that is less than 2 hrs away to disney world. Great location and a very affordable price. NON SMOKING

Beautiful Place

The property is outstanding. Has something for everyone, swimming, fishing, kayaking, cookouts, and more. The amenities are amazing. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Really enjoyed our time with family. Built memories to last a lifetime.

Leisure Beach Rental on 4th Isle

Super stay in this beautiful home. Cleanliness top notch, pool and outdoor kitchen superb. Contacting host with any minor problems, He was very efficient in getting back to us.Only bad part was that it was already booked for next year.

Great please everything Very close shopping centers beach my kids love the pool we are definitely booking this place again 30 minutes from Clearwater 50 min to Tampa and one 1:30 minutes to parks in Orlando

What a great vaction

This vacation home provided us with everything we could want. The pool was amazing. It was so much fun. My husband loved the outdoor kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice location

This vacation home was very nice, with a beautiful outdoor pool and kitchen . Nice location.I would recommend to the owner that a window be put in the third bedroom, which is off of a utility room, since there are no windows or an escape from the house in the event of an emergency.

The house was very comfortable for 3 couples. More room than I was expecting.

Met all our expectations

Very well maintained and stocked. The pool and outdoor kitchen were great. The host was the best. We had a minor snafu with the pool and the host had it fixed in no time. We will be back.

Family Fun 2025

The house was very clean and super beautiful. The kids absolutely loved the pool and looking and catching wildlife out of the canal! Val was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions very timely. We loved all 10 days of being there and wpuld love to rent again someday when we take another vacation!

Wonderful get away

We loved staying at this property. The house was beautiful, immaculate and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool after a day of exploring. So many things to do in the area. Host was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions within a short response time. My sister and I enjoyed using the kayaks to explore the mangroves. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a lovely home in a very quiet and pretty neighborhood.

Lovely home with some great features, Some items advertised were not available, we were informed about this day prior to arrival, when clearly hadn’t been used for months need removing off listing Outside kitchen cleaning was shocking dirty outside bin old food residue in binvery nasty smell Food cupboards full of countless food items bedroom draws still had someone’s clothes in them also wardrobes locked knowwhere to hang our cloths it just felt like someone left in a hurry Also oven and Coffee machine dirty

My family and I came down as we do every year to enjoy the rivers and visit Tampa. We absolutely fell in love with this home. It was bright and beautiful and better than the photos. We will definitely be coming back.
