Inside, the home boasts light-filled interiors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere; the versatile floorplan spanning across two levels, caters to various needs and preferences and provides ample space for everyone to thrive with a smart TV on each level, ensuring entertainment options for all guests.  
Indulge in the picturesque local district bushland views from the covered balcony, perfect for hosting memorable gatherings or immerse yourself in the vibrant beach lifestyle, with Copacabana Beach, village shops, and delightful cafés just a short 550m walk away. 

Configuration 
Three spacious bedrooms sharing one bathroom are promising peaceful nights and rejuvenating rest. The heart of the home lies in the open plan kitchen and dining area, exuding a sense of warmth and togetherness. The spacious living area seamlessly connects to the inviting dining space and extends to a rear deck, where you can bask in the sunshine and savour leisurely moments.

The thoughtfully furnished living room on each level provides the perfect settings to unwind, connect, and create unforgettable moments during your stay. 
Upstairs, discover a comfortable gathering space ideal for cosy conversations and shared laughter, the second living area downstairs can be accessed externally and offers versatility and entertainment with a ping pong table for friendly competitions and hours of fun. This living room can also be converted into a 4th bedroom, providing extra flexibility and accommodating more guests comfortably.

The landscaped yard exudes charm and elegance, while the shed and firepit area provide additional convenience and opportunities for cosy evenings under the stars. 

Parking 
Room for one car in the driveway and ample on-street parking facilities are available to ensure hassle-free arrival and departure for your unforgettable vacation experience. 

Pets 
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Special Property Information
There is a sofa bed in the downstairs living area which folds out to a double bed, if you would like to make use of the sofa bed, please contact our office. Please note, this area can only be accessed externally from the garden or driveway.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway/outdoor entry area.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $1,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
