A classic and sweet Cape Cod getaway with fireplace and full A/C!

We are just a mile from Bank Street Beach and the village of Harwich Port. We ride our bikes to the beach which takes about 7 minutes (bike rental companies are plentiful!). Just steps away is a 9 hole course. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is only about 3/4 of a mile from the center of Harwich. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed. The third bedroom has a pull-out sofa that sleeps one. The deck and patio are wonderful for cookouts and entertaining. There is a Weber Gas Grill and outdoor seating for 8. The kitchen is a charming traditional Cape Cod cottage kitchen and is well equipped for entertaining and cooking family dinners. The newly remodeled bathroom has a shower and a tub. There is a 65-inch Sony Bravia Smart TV in the "Beach" room and newly installed central air conditioning.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was the perfect size for two adults and our dog, the beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect. A quick drive to Main Street and easy access to all areas of town. We loved having a full kitchen to cook in, and took advantage of the Vitamix for our morning smoothies. The TV living room has a very comfy vibe and the outdoor hang is also lovely. Thanks for a great stay!

The cottage was beautiful and spotless when we arrived. House rules clear, concise, and accessible. Britt and Grant were responsive to messages and always so sweet. The beds were super comfortable and linens so soft.

This home was clean and close to town for our family of 4. The kitchen was updated and had all the utensils and equipment we would need for our week. It was a close drive to everything we had planned. We found the beds to be very soft, the provided linens were also very nice. We only had to reach out to the owners when the trash was not picked up by the company on the expected day—they were very responsive and followed up with the company who eventually picked it up before our check out so we could make sure to clear out appropriately.

We had a lovely week at Britt and Grant's home in Harwich. The layout allowed us to have our toddler sleeping in a room far away from the TV room at night. The only surprise was the lack of sidewalks in this part of town, given it's proximity to the main drag, but there was plenty of room on the road alongside the golf course. All in all, it was a clean house, pleasant neighborhood and very convenient location just a few minutes from the beaches, grocery store and pharmacy. The kitchen was well appointed, and the A/C (which unfortunately we really needed that week!) was reliable and comfortable.

This home was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the central air was greatly appreciated. Great place for families- and dog friendly which is a must for us.

One of my favorite Cape Cod rentals (and I’ve been visiting during the summers for 20 years). Special appreciation for the excellent TV and monitor in the office, the dining chairs and Adirondack chairs on the patio, and the comfortable couches and beds. Very glad to have had the opportunity to stay here.

Good Times in a Great Location

We've stayed here once before. It was just as we remembered. Very cozy, comfortable beds, and a great location close to Harwichport and the beaches. The owners are very responsive and we had another lovely stay here! Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! Great location, easy walk into town, property was quiet, super clean, and loved the patio! It was the perfect place for us, while in the area for a family wedding. We would definitely return!

Perfectly appointed cottage

We had such a comfortable stay at this peaceful, perfectly appointed cottage. We felt like we were home the moment we arrived. Hosts put great thought into making our stay easy and breezy. A lovely vacation!

Cottage in Harwich Port on the Cape

Convenient location near all the restaurants and bars in Harwich Port. We used the place as a crash pad for our annual Cape Cod tuna fishing trip. Place was clean and it was nice to be able to relax outside on the well appointed deck and patio area. Will definitely look to book this place again for next year’s fishing trip.

Perfect for what we needed to attend a wedding in Chatham. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Well equipped for living a week or more and close to any shopping that's needed. Definitely recommend. Be sure to water the 100 year old Christmas cactus is watered before you leave.

Weeding vacation

We were there for a family wedding and the location was perfect just between the church and the beach club the house was just right for us and our two fur babies we would definitely go there again the only thing was the dishwasher didn’t work

September in Cape Cod

Nice inside. The location and access to the house were less than desirable. Driveway location was a bit hazardous with South Street being very busy.

Lovely salt box house

Stayed for three nights -lovely little home. Looks like owners added an additional patio with Adirondack chairs that were quite lovely. Yard seems to be a project ongoing and the house is besides a busy road and can be a bit of a challenge maneuvering car out of driveway. All in all a nice home in quaint neighborhood. House was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Owners were easy to communicate with - would definitely stay again if in area
