My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and very clean townhome. It was supplied with everything you will need for a great vacation. Air conditioning and washer and dryer a plus. John was very quick in answering all our inquiries. We are planning to return.

House was very clean and the perfect size for what we needed - perfect location and proximity to things. Only complaint was that the AC in the main bedroom did not work

Great place

We had a great time. The condo was clean and exactly what my family needed our daughter loved the bunk beds. It is in a great location with lots to do. John and Ellen made many great suggestions for food and fun.

Nice condo

Very comfortable and modern condo with a great marine vibe. Was close to our family reunion and well suited to our family of four, with all of the comforts of home. Would definitely recommend!

Really enjoyable stay at the condo. House had everything we needed and was a lot bigger than we thought. Having a washer and dryer was very handy. My boys loved the double bunk beds. Very comfy sofas for movie night. Location is great for fletcher pools and lots of activities for kids at the Arbour pool.

Beautiful property with everything you need!

The unit has been updated nicely, has lots of space, and has a beautiful private back patio area with a great view and large grill. The owners provided great communication before our arrival, including their favorite beach and restaurant recommendations. The property was fully furnished and is nicely decorated. A great place to stay for a visit to the Cape — highly recommend!

Great townhouse unit near Fletcher Pool

We enjoyed staying at this unit; close enough to Fletcher Pool but far enough from the main road. There are about 3 townhouse units in this section, so it's quiet; and our younger children can bike around there on the road. The owners are very responsive, and gave us a great recommendation to a kid-friendly fishing charter (Cap'n Kids Fishing Adventure based in Harwich Port) and to various eateries in the area.

Cape Cod Gem

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had two teenage grandchildren who liked the bunk beds. It was quiet and clean, lovely decorated, well stocked kitchen. We liked the coffee table book about cape cod dogs! The patio in back was private surrounded by woods, we enjoyed watching the birds and bunnies on property. Location is perfect with plenty of beaches and restaurants nearby. It was especially good for us as our friends we were visiting live at Ocean Edge and were right around the corner. Highly recommend this condo.

Lots of Potential!

The property was really nicely decorated, and the owners were very responsive and willing to accommodate. We could not stay on the property and requested a refund because the place was not clean. The house had a lot of dust, pet hair and dander all over the place. I am very allergic to pet hair and could not stay there. The owner, John, was extremely pleasant and willing to accommodate and follow up on my refund. Despite the place being dirty, I WOULD recommend the place. I think with a proper cleaning (I think the cleaning person they hired did not do anything but change the linens on only one bed!), this place will be a hidden gem in the VRBO community. The location is beautiful and the house has all amenities one could want or need. The 2-story townhouse is on a hill – to get to the front door, you have to go up some stairs to the property. This wasn’t a problem for us, but I could see where that could inconvenience someone who is unable to climb up- especially with suitcases. Overall, if the place is cleaned up, I think it will be a wonderful place to stay!

We were disappointed to see the review by this guest, who did not stay at our home. We take great pride in our home and prior and subsequent to this, had and have never, received a complaint about cleanliness. While we have a dog, he is not at the property much, but if the guest had that severe of an allergy, it might have been better had she asked if there were ever pets on the property ever in its history as it is a home, and not an entirely pet free hotel room. For us, the adjective used was not accurate as dander is invisible and the property was inspected prior to her arrival . However, to avoid any possible issues ever again, we have switched cleaning companies . While there are only about ten steps to get to the level of the property, which more favorably, is in a very private location, the guest may not have realized that there is a side entrance to avoid the few steps . Our guest was only on the premises for an hour and took sheets that were cleaned off and ran our washer and dryer . We also accommodated her desire to have an Amazon delivery ahead of her arrival . We did not want any guest to be unhappy, however, and though VRBO indicated it was an individual decision, arranged for a full refund immediately and had a pleasant closure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was just as the pictures depicted it. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. All the comforts of home. John was extremely easy to reach and always answered right away.

Wonderful Location

This is a wonderful location for all things Cape Cod. Close to the beaches and towns. Enjoyed our stay immensely in this adorable, cozy spot. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent facilities

Terrific condo in an ideal location

John and Ellen have created a welcoming very nice space on glorious Cape Cod. A big plus is the passion these owners have for BOOKS- there are endless choices tucked into closets. Unlike many condos in this elegant resort, this one is not near the golf course (and therefore you have peace and quiet) and it has a beautiful back view of forest and boulders.

Lovely place to stay

We really enjoyed our time here. The town was charming , the home was comfortable, quiet and in a lovely neighborhood with lots of beautiful greenery everywhere. The location couldn’t have been better . Very convenient to just about everything you would want to do.
