We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. It was perfect for our group of 9 with comfortable beds, great dining table for meals, well stocked kitchen to cook in and wonderful sitting room for hanging out and movie watching. There were plenty of books, games and movies to watch plus extras like beach toys and an outdoor shower perfect when coming back from the beach. The location was very central and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This property was a beautiful property, conveniently located on the island. The Management company was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any questions or needs that we had. It will definitely be something we come back to! I truly meant the 5 star rating that I have given it!

Great island getaway.

Safe location, great house with tons of character. Would definitely stay there again. Lots of room for a big group.

Excellent location, close to business area, easy access to port, beach, and night life. Enjoyed our stay, house was comfortable, clean, and roomy.

Cool Catalina house! 6 adults, 4 kids fit comfortably. We had a great stay. Location was perfect for access to all things. Grocery store was a block away. Communication was great - we appreciated an early check in and late check out since we were there for a lacrosse tournament that ended later in the day.

Had a great time and good location down the street from the main part of town. We have stayed closer, but it gets noisy during the later hours, especially on the weekends. This was close enough and quiet enough to enjoy all the amenities. Check in and check out was a breeze. Thanks for having us!

It was an amazing stay , house very comfortable but could use more wash clothes, very comfy & only 2 blocks from the beach from town , around the corner is Vons , the house was clean and had everything we needed, pots pans dishes , water toys. Chairs for the beach

Family Reunion

Perfect house for our group of cousins. So easy to access and quiet part of Avalon. Loved all the fun family memorabilia!

It's an old house which we don't mind and has plenty of history in it. We have never been to any rental house that has the owners photos and it shows how proud they are with their family. The space is just right for 7 adults and 2kids. Property manager is responsive too.

Island Cottage

Lots of space with 6 beds, more than enough for 6 adults. Decor was homey and comfortable. Gas fireplace was a plus!! Having a golf cart would have made it ideal, but the walk to town was easy. Vons supermarket at the end of the block was also great.

Weekday Getaway!

This Catalina beach home was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for both group activities and alone time. The home is close to the market (Vons), restaurants, bars, donuts and ice cream! What more can you ask for?

Loved the home

Perfect setup for us. My daughter and her husband loved the “outside” shower and private downstairs room and the upstairs for us was perfect. Clean and nice!

Catalina house

We had a marvelous time . The house was clean and had a beautiful patio perfect for our size group (6). The neighbors were very loud in the late evening though.

Amazing Catalina weekend trip!!!

We absolutely loved staying in this quaint bungalow that had a cozy feel but plenty of space for our group of friends. The house location was perfect, close to Vons and walkable to everything. Inside was very clean and all amenities worked great. We will definitely be back and recommend this rental to anyone looking for a fun Catalina getaway. Cheers!

we had a problem with the dishwasher and were not able to wash dishes. fortunately the property had lots of table and dishware that it didnt create a problem.

Sofa needs upgrading. More info on the shower downstairs. We didn’t find it until the 3rd night.

Great house!

This house is in a great location. It’s on the flat ground, no walking uphill from the port and is close to Vons grocery store. The description of the house setting & amenities are as described. We have 8 people in our group & the house is big enough and we feel comfortable to share our space. The kitchen is fully stock. One evening we got to use the BBQ grill & had dinner on the patio. We consider to stay here again when we visit Avalon.

Vacation

Such a great house and picturesque. Everything we needed and all of the features we wanted. Liked the house, tvs and of course the fully equipped kitchen. Super close to Vons and more quiet than being close to the beach, even though it’s still close…Don’t think about it. Just book it! Catalina is awesome. Btw, loved all the decorations and pictures inside the house. Such a rich history!

Great for Families

This house was perfect for our family. Our two sons and their families joined us for a milestone celebration. We had six adults and four children. As most places in Catalina, it is an older home and the entire structure is somewhat rickety. We were able to make breakfast and dinner with a relatively large kitchen - with all he kitchen tools you would need. Best of all, the patio table and indoor table fit all of us. For the price, it's an excellent choice.
