Rich is such a gracious host! He was able and willing to answer any questions we had about our stay. The property was beautiful! Very comfortable and the location and views were amazing!

Very nice property! Our first visit to the island, Richard was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Accommodations were spacious and the view was stunning. We would definitely return.

Beautiful property, perfect view, and the sound of the ocean was so calming. The golf cart was nice to have since you’re outside of the town. Grab a ride with “Circut” ride share for 6. Couldn’t get one on the way into town though. The pull out sofa bed is very old and not suitable for a comfortable nights sleep so keep that in mind if you need to accommodate four adults. Overall a great experience and the owner Rich was responsive and helpful.

Beautiful view from large balcony. Very quiet community. Host was informative and available. A 5-10 minute golf cart drive into Avalon. The king size bed was very comfortable. No cell phone reception but that is not necessarily a bad thing.

My wife and I spent 3 wonderful nights at this exquisite oceanfront 1 bedroom apartment. Our adult joined us for one night and slept on the comfortable pull out couch. The accommodations were perfect, with a comfortable bed, full kitchen that was well stocked, a large bathroom, and a large outdoor deck. It was great having access to the golf-cart that took us into town, to all the sights and wonderful hiking trails. The host was a pleasure to work with and very welcoming! We hope to be back soon!

Perfect destination for a weekend getaway

We absolutely love Catalina, this was our first visit to Hamilton Cove and it definately wont be our last. Sunrise coffee was may favorite part, the view is amazing. Rich is a wonderful host.

The place was amazing. The pictures and description in the ad are exactly like it is in person. We enjoyed a nice dinner in the dining area and played cards all night. The patio has an amazing view of the ocean. It was so nice to fall asleep hearing the ocean waves and then waking up to the waves as well. The owner was great, he answered all questions and even gave me hi phone number in case i needed anything while there. 5 Stars.
