Thank you for your feedback on this rental home. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, however, overflow vehicles may be parked at our Nags Head office location. We hope you had a great stay here on the Outer Banks!

We stayed in the neighboring cottage due to the original cottage was not ready to rent. We stay in nothing but good Vibes. It was a beautiful and extremely clean cottage. They allowed for us to bring our furbaby. I am glad for the change. I already want to come back and stay. Cottage was perfect for my family of 4.

Spring getaway

Good location and easy access to the beach.Property could use some updating and a little TLC. We enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back again.

Nags Head

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach home. It was very quiet and convenient to many restaurants. Our teenagers enjoyed the outlet mall as well. We will definitely be back!

Great Location, horrible house keeping.

The property was very dirty. The bathroom had to be cleaned by us before we could use it. The floors under the beds were FILTHY! Enough dog hair to build your own! The location could not be better. Centrally located, and easy to get to. With some deep cleaning and a few small upgrades, (toilet seat, shower head, bathroom shelving) this property would be awesome. But as it is, I would never return.

We strive to ensure a pleasant stay by practicing up-to-code cleaning standards for cleaning crews, following cleans up with a 2nd inspection, and also calling guests after check-in to ensure all is starting off well. Looking over the check-in follow-up call on 11/4/23 at 3:38pm, it was stated that aside from some sand, "everything is good." We're so sorry to hear that things went wrong after this follow-up. For future guests, if you ever find any issues upon arrival or at any time during your stay, please do not hesitate to let us know so that we can immediately remedy any issues. We hope that, aside from these issues, you were able to enjoy all the area has to offer!

Great place, not a good realtor

Realtor was not very helpful. We liked the location, but parking was extremely bad with others parking in wrong spot and locking us in. We called and talked directly with realtor, but nothing was done. Plumbing issues that was not completed and no cleaning was apparent. It was obvious that the cottage needed several repairs.

Thank you for your feedback on this rental home. We're sorry to now hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. Parking spaces are assigned two per guest in rental-numbered parking spots, with a layout being Emailed to all guests prior to their stay. However, this area has private roads with homes from other rental companies, where the house across the street was parking in the middle of the road. We contacted this other company to move the vehicle where the vehicle was moved afterward. However, if a vehicle is to ever remain blocking or occupying one of these home's private parking spaces, our next line of action is to have the vehicle towed. For future guests, if you ever have any issue during your stay, please call our office so that we may immediately take care of any problem. We hope that, aside from these issues, you were able to enjoy all the area has to offer!
