Great location, easy walk to Georgetown, shops, and grocery store! I booked this stay to help my son after surgery and Charlotte worked with us to help make the stay very comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Place

It was the perfect place for us, our son, his wife, and teenagers. The location was great with easy walk to a bakery for breakfast and other restaurants. Loved our stay!

Wonderful to see that this new property for LUXbnb is garnering 5 star reviews! Yes, we are merely 1 block from Wisconsin Ave with all the cafes, bistros, historic sites, and shops for browsing.

A lovely place to stay in DC. Easy access and great neighborhood. We had some small concerns when we arrived but the host responded quickly and things were resolved.

Georgetown

This is a great location and a very clean property, beautiful back patio. FYI there are a lot of stairs so probably not ideal for toddlers. We did not rent a car since we knew parking is hard in this location but lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby and uber very easy.

We appreciate when our guests take the time to share their experience. Yes, the living room, dining area, open kitchen nad doors to the lovely terraced patios are one floor up from the entry. You can walk to dozens of restaurants, cafes, and other food purveyors.

Amazing stay

Everything was exactly as shown in pictures. House is in a perfect location, walk to everything in Georgetown. Street parking is available it can be a bit tough to find depending on time of day. Property was clean, having separate bedrooms with bathrooms was a huge plus. Basement has low ceilings as is typical of an older property in the area. Decor is simple not modern but it suits the property. Super clean and everything worked well. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is a 3 story brownstone in the northern part of the fabulous Georgetown. We walked to and from dinner every night, walked to shopping continuously, and really enjoyed the easy access to the whole neighborhood. The Host was wonderful, the neighborhood felt super safe the entire time we were there. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

It is an awesome Townhome!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay in Georgetown. The rental was clean and exactly as described, great location, quiet street. Comfortable beds, lots of towels. 3.5 bathrooms a definite plus. Washer and Dryer with plenty of detergent. Beautiful kitchen has everything you need for cooking and a great gas grill on the patio. Nice outdoor space, but weather didn’t permit time to really enjoy it. Had one small speed bump with LUXbnb - upon arrival the key pad battery wasn’t working and took awhile to get a hold of LuxBnb even with 2 emergency numbers to call got a voicemail to leave a message. Highly recommend reading all of the property info online in the emails they send before you arrive, there is no information at the house, it’s all online. It will answer a lot of your questions. I didn’t appreciate everything was online not having used LUXbnb before and knowing WDC extremely well. It would have saved me some headaches. Just FYI, the WiFi is not strong if you are planning on working from the property, especially if there are a number of people using WiFi. Very large TV for with streaming apps to watch things. No cable, so know your sign on ids and passwords! There are a lot of stairs, so if stairs are an issue, might not be the best rental for you. There is a lower bedroom and bathroom, but the main living area / kitchen are on the second level. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the 3rd floor. Would happily stay here again and 100% recommend.
