This stunningly appointed condo is steps from the beach!. The pictures tell the story--we can guarantee you won't be disappointed!!
Our jewel-on-the-sea is a lovely one bedroom, 2 full bath residence perfect for romantic couples or small families. A sleeper sofa in the main living area allows the residence to accommodate 4 visitors comfortably.

Amenities abound: Gated with 24-hour on-premises security to ensure your safety; Underground, secured parking to keep your vehicle safe; Elevator up to the residence ensures no long bag drags; Spectacular kitchen with hardwood cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, full oven, and microwave. Kitchen comes with full complement of dining and cooking implements: plates, flatware, toaster, coffee maker, and, of course, a blender. Master bedroom has super-comfortable California King bed--perfect for our taller guests-- with ensuite full bath. Residence includes a washer and dryer, linens and towels, spacious closet, ceiling fans, superfast WIFi and internet TV.

The residence is nicely furnished and has a spacious balcony for you to watch the sun set after a day on the beach.
The residence is situated in the Rainbow Beach Club resort. Rainbow Beach Club, with its three pools, fronts on the spectacular Cupecoy Beach and features an iconic spiral stair down to a very private beach with its own shallow cave! Breathtaking Mullet Bay beach is a stone’s throw away.

Close by attractions (some attractions were damaged during the recent Hurricane and are under repair): Starz Casino, 3-minute walk; 5 restaurants all less than a 3-minute walk from the front gate of the property! Cafe with morning coffee and fresh-baked croissants and pastries is a 3-minute walk; Grocery shopping only a 3-minute walk! A 5-minute drive to restaurant-filled community of Maho and a 7-minute drive to Princess Julianna Airport where you’ll likely be landing! The residence is situated on the Dutch side, but is only a 3-minute drive to the French-side boundary.

Terrific Place to Stay

Beautifully maintained unit in a great location on the island with beaches, golfcourse, grocery stores and good restaurants. The place was spotless when we arrived. Nice ocean sunset view.Ted, the host was very responsive to all questions/issues.We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property perfectly located. Restaurants groceries excursions 10 minutes from the airport. Private beach quiet secluded. What's not to like?

A wonderful spot for a relaxed vacation

My husband and I had one of our most relaxed and enjoyable vacations in this lovely spot. Our condo was quiet and perfectly appointed with everything we needed. Our host provided us with lots of useful information about restaurants, beaches and other sightseeing opportunities. This was our first visit to this very friendly and picturesque island and we'll be back!

Fantastic

We loved our week staying at Ted's place in Cupecoy. The condo was clean, spacious and perfect for our family. Ted was responsive when we had questions. The balcony is a great space for relaxing. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs as well.

Beautiful Sint Maarten location & condo!

This condo is wonderful. Walking close to markets, beaches, resturants. Ted. The host, is so informative, clear, and helpful, he takes the work out of the vacation, so you can enjoy it. 2 of the pools overlook the beach/ocean. Parking garage is awesome. Nice spaces. Covered. We will return. Many times, we hope! happens to rain.

Home Away From Home

The home was lovely and decorated so beautifully. It really felt like my home away from home. Impeccably cleaned, impressive location. It is the best place to stay if you're looking for a place that gives you just enough vacation feel but with the comfort of home.

Just Perfect

Ted and Terri's place is located in such a great area on the island. This was our second time staying and will try to stay here again when visiting the St. Martin. Clean, well-stocked, comfortable, safe are just a few ways to describe the property. Thank you, Ted and Terri!

One of the best resort we have visited. The owner, Ted, was really helpful and friendly. He provided us with precious recommendations. The condo was clean,richly furnished, well equipped and very comfortable.The location was absolutely perfect. It was close to everything. I will certainly stay here again when I come back to visit the Island, and I highly recommend this outstanding property.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was easy to get to, up the elevator and when you step out there it is. It is located in a gated community, so it was very safe. We did have an issue with the TV, but it was taken care quickly. We tried all three pools and went down to the small beach that you access from the complex. There are some restaurants and two grocery stores a short walk away. The bed is extremely comfortable and large (California King). It is very high to get in and out of. The showers were both nice and there was hot water all the time. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and after dinner. The kitchen is well stocked if you decide to cook while you are there. We went out for dinner and had breakfast and lunch at the condo. This was our first time not staying at an all inclusive and we are very glad we did!. I am not sure the living room would be dark enough for someone to sleep in because of the lights on in the complex and the sun rise.

Beautiful Place!

Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. He provided valuable information about the Island, recommendations on places to visit and eat, and various details on the amenities of the property. Check in/out was quick and easy. Very nice vacation!

Perfect Anniversary Trip!

This property was picture perfect. Everything was amazing as it was described. The amenities were above the bar. We will definitely try to stay here when returning to Saint Martin.

Sanctuary

We stayed at TW3 rainbow beach club..every morning we would sit on balcony having our coffee and it was like a bird sanctuary. Views of the water and beautiful rainbows 🌈 after a rainfall. A short walk to the beach and beautiful pools. Did I mention the views at the pools..wow! All in all a great 3 weeks meeting some of the nicest people who live there. The security staff was top notch! We would definitely stay there again.

Rainbow Beach Club

Great stay except that internet tv is frustrating with constant buffering delays. Bed was great and overall unit was quite comfortable and as advertised. Pools were enjoyable and could not beat the location.

Review

Check in process was fine. Location of property is ok. The biggest drawback is the noise coming from work being done on the property and it looks like it will proceed for a while and it’s difficult to use outside balcony because of noise and constant dust. Amenities inside the apartment are fine. Overall experience is good.

The owners are great to work with, very timely and responsive communication. The property descriptions and amenities that they provided are spot on. It is clear that they've put a lot thought and effort into the details of their magnificent, very well appointed property, stocked with everything you'd need. Well located and well furnished

The condo is really well appointed, with everything you could want and more. We found it very comfortable and spacious. The area is great. There are a number of little restaurants. We didn't try them all, but all the ones we did were excellent. It's a 5 minute walk to the grocery store where you will find pretty much all you need. Mullet beach is beautiful. The beach at the bottom of the condo is neat. It's small and the waves are pretty strong. We didn't spend much time there, but quite a few people did. Both pools were very clean and it was usually pretty quiet. We loved the bus system. There is a bus stop just down the road of the condo. Finally, the owners were really helpful in all our inquiries and answered quickly all our questions. All and all, we really liked it.

Cupecoy beach condo

This place was everything it says it would be. Fully furnished, kitchen well stocked, air conditioned and secure. Walking distance to great beaches and amazing restaurants. The island is alive and rebuilding. We can't wait until our next visit...We definitely give it five stars......Joe and Tauni

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Very homey and comfortable. The owners were most responsive to an arrival snafu and very pleasant to work with. We will definitely return again in the future. The people of SXM continue to pursue in spite of the on-going restoration of the island. Great visit!
