Loved the idea of the media room but equipment needed updating / repair (for example the bulb in the projector needs replacing!) Also could use a thorough once over cleaning...wasn't bad just dated. Could use a few USB outlets as well instead of 2 prong old style. AC was great! Good communication with property owner

Horrible

This place was filthy! Dirty microwave, fridge, bathroom was disgusting with soap scum and cobwebs on the windows. There's no cable or dvds to watch anything in the THEATRE room they promote. They also had an attic portion rented out to other people that is not disclosed. The worst experience we have ever had.

This is not common and rest assured, we've refunded all cleaning fees to you. We're committed to ensuring that the property remains clean and welcoming for all our future guests.- Regarding the home theatre, while our listing doesn't explicitly mention the availability of DVDs, you'll find a fantastic selection at the nearby Redbox rental locations or the local library for your entertainment.- As we aim for transparency, there is a separate rental unit on the upper level of the home, just as we've mentioned in the property description. We truly do all we can to provide an enjoyable experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Let me sum up this place in a word; Dirty.

Let me sum up this place in a word; Dirty. My calls to the manager from my cell phone were blocked. The calls from my land line went to a Full Mailbox. Evolve continually sent me 6 digit verification codes to my cell even when I had not contacted them. When I did ask for one, none worked. The sheets and blankets are deeply stained, so much so that I wondered if they were washed. The only entry for guests to return to the house is a back door. The way there is easy to trip and not well lit. The lovely video system has issues. We eventually got it wired up so we could play DVDs. The large window in the screen room can not be darkened. Fully Furnished Kitchen does not include a 9x13 or measuring cups or mixing bowl. Few drinking glasses and cups. Dishwasher worked. There were two partial bags of open flour, coffee and other miscellaneous foods. Dishes in the cupboard appeared unwashed. Wet bar has no glassware, but did have a spider living in the dirty sink. So did the filthy sink at the entry door. Some high up bulbs in the house are burnt out. Some of the thresholds from room to room had large filth filled cracks to the sub floor. The bathtub water valve sticks and covered with soap scum. We found very few towels etc. Bathmats need to be washable, and washed. We did find dead bugs in drawers and under couch cushions, but no live ones, except the spiders. Some towels and blankets did have material dried and caked on them. So, like the title implies, keep looking
