Just like in a normal home, occasionally equipment breaks down and requires repair or replacement. When a maintenance issue is reported, we will do everything possible to remedy the situation as soon as reasonably possible. Please keep in mind that unlike hotels our homes often do not share common parts, therefore in the event of an item needing repair there may be a delay in having the item repaired or replaced. Regarding parking and the showers, we do acknowledge in our description that parking is on-street parking and that the home only has 1.5 bathrooms, however, we will assess ways to make this information clearer in our listing. Your concerns about the fees and the amenities, like the TV instructions, have been noted. After investigating the reported mold issue in the unit, we have found that the spots on the air vents were a result of excessive humidity common in Florida, and have since been addressed through cleaning. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will be taking the necessary steps to address the concerns you have raised.
