Terrible customer care.

Paid an additional 400 for pool heat 2 weeks before our stay. Arrived to a half empty pool. After 2 days of being put on hold and not getting any answers they agreed to move us to a different villa much further from the parks. Refused to refund our pool heat and communication was awful and added so much stress to our trip!!! Never book with Executive villas Florida!!!! Avoid if you want a good holiday.

Loved the location

We loved the house and location. We were disappointed that there were no wash cloths in the bathrooms or kitchens. The ice maker didn’t work even when we put our own ice in it and the tablet in the dishwasher wouldn’t dissolve. I don’t know if that was a dishwasher problem or detergent problem. Ceiling fans in all rooms would be nice too.

Bloody Sheets and Ants Galore

I have no idea how they can charge a cleaning fee when this house clearly wasn’t cleaned. I turned the comforter down one of the beds because I was confused as the why the comforter was upside down. My first thought was because the other side was probably dirty…. When I folded that down I found the sheet had blood splotches and other smears that I assume were pus and also hairs. Lots of them. One of the bathrooms had beard hairs all over the counter and another bathroom had dog food on the floor. The rugs around the house look like they haven’t been vacuumed in ages. We all ended up wearing our sandals around the house because the floor was just not clean. I did buy several cleaning products and spent my own time cleaning… even after trying to clean what I could we simply couldn’t combat the ants. They were on the floors, counters and walls. The outside garbage bin was completely full the entire duration of our one week stay. Also, the pool seemed to have some sort of leak because the water doesn’t reach the skimmer. Someone else had left a similar comment about 2 years ago and clearly the issue had not been addressed. I did reach out to the owner/company and they offered to have someone come clean BUT we did not feel comfortable having someone come “clean” with our personal items already in the house. If they can’t be trusted to clean in the first place then we don’t trust them around our belongings. We have stayed in several houses in Emerald Island Resort and they used to be really nice and clean but now that it seems companies are renting them out rather then it being an individuals home they have gone so far downhill. That is my personal speculation. All I can say is I would highly recommend avoiding this house.

BAD BAD BAD!!!!

This house is in a BAD place. The houses around allow up to 13 people and 7 cars per house. Next door house had a party with 30 to 40 people all weekend. LOUD had to call police 2 times and leave to stay at a hotel. NO help form the owner AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! could not believe how bad this was. Be warned about where these houses are located. Spa would not heat it was a disaster!!!!!!!!! If the owner cared they would have called us but they DID NOT

Great location

This house was within 15 minutes of Disney and had a pool. They also kept a pack and play in the garage along with a high chair so we didn’t need to rent anything. That alone makes up for the rest. The carpet was a little dindgy upstairs and the washer and dryer broke which made doing laundry a little frustrating, but when we called to report it they were really helpful and sent someone to fix the washer right away. They also thew in a few days or a heated pool for the inconvenience. The dryer still didn’t work well by the time we left but we used a hair dryer and worked it out. This house being so close to Disney with 4 rooms, comfortable beds and things we needed for our baby outweigh any minor inconveniences we had.

Unbelievable place and stay

We have rent this Villa from December 27 thru January 3 2019 and we still cannot believe how awesome this place is. We were two couple and we did had a great time with that pool and spa. The Villa is beautiful and very clean. Emerald Island is very secure , great location close to many good restaurant and the service from the staff is very good. We will go back again this year to enjoy great vacation. Thank you for the owners for the great Villa . Dan K & Mary G

Excellent location to Disney Parks

Very nice gated community - remember to check into the club house upon arrival to gather your gate entrance cards. Overall interior of home was clean, but outdoor pool condition was disappointing. Due to jets not being functional upon our arrival yellow/brownish film had developed on the sides of the pool. Upon notifying the management team, the pool crew arrived to turn on the jets, but never cleaned the pool walls. We notified management again and the pool crew returned again to remove the film on the walls. It was extremely disappointing to pay extra to heat a pool we did not feel safe to use until the last day, especially with our small children. There's also lights on the walls of the pool that do not turn on, so you cannot swim in the evening which is something to be aware of. After a long day at the Disney parks, we had assumed this would be an option, but was not. Really enjoyed that the back of this home overlooked a pond and trees, very private, which was quite enjoyable.

Excellent base

A very nice villa on the fabulous Emerald Island Resort. Four good bedrooms and lots of space. Pool is lovely looking out onto the lake. Saw lots of wildlife. Couldn't get jacuzzi working which was disappointing. Had a few issues with a leak and TV remote not working but these were sorted rapidly by owner. There is an xbox but no remote or games. Our kids would have loved that. Best location to be for all Orlando attractions.

Enough space , clean

The inside of the house was great. It met all of our needs. The homes are very close to each other and the rented house next door was rented to a large group of soccer players. They partied late into the night. Luckily it was only two weekend nights.

Needs a little modernisation but very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of towels.

The nature of our visit was to see family. We arrived late evening and found the complex. The area was very clean and welcoming. We had to log into the reception and saw that they had an outdoor bar (Tiki bar), after such stress in the airport through customs we were ready for a drink. At the bar we was informed that we could order a takeaway and have this delivered to the house. (so rude not to, so we ordered a chinese). We then found the house and this was really clean and ready for us to move into. The kitchen was fully equipped with saucepans, plates, cutlery even down to teatowels. The following morning the pool cleaner came around and checked the levels. The property is very close to local shops and about 9 minute drive to Disney. We would recommend this property for families and hope to use again next year when we come back over.
