This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips! Brand-new modern custom home that is near 6 National Parks: Banff, Yoho, Glacier, Revelstoke, Jasper & Kootenay. Cozy up to the fire in the open concept living and dining space. Enjoy high speed internet from SpaceX Starlink, that makes working from home a breeze. The house is well suited for families, friends and couples and is the perfect home base for exploring. 25minute Drive to Kicking Horse Mtn Resort and 1 hour drive to Lake Louise in Banff National Park.

THE SPACE:
Rural living at its finest as you meander up the long gravel driveway and are greeted by a Nordic inspired home with a relaxed minimalist interior. Amazing views of the Columbia Valley Mountains and wetlands below.

The New Custom Home features a spacious modern living and dining area with the perfect elevated ceilings and windows for mountain gazing and bird watching. There is a 12ft Quartz kitchen island with seating for 6 and a custom 500yr old slab dining table that seats 8. There is also a 55" 4K Smart TV in the main room, set up with Netflix and Prime Video as well as another 55" in the lower level living room. Full amenity gourmet kitchen that is a cooks dream setup and also fully stocked coffee, tea, oil and spices. A wood burning stove for winter and Air Conditioning for summer completes this space.

The Primary Suite Mountain View Room has A/C, a king pillow top mattress, walk-in closet, heated floor ensuite with luxurious walk-in tiled shower and deck access. The three Queen Rooms are identical and offer queen pillow top mattresses, closet and dedicated workspace in each. These bedrooms share a beautiful 4pc bathroom with heated floors. Eco-friendly and organic bath products from Rocky Mountain Soap Co are provided as we are dedicated to providing quality natural products for our guests.

The Flex Room is perfect if you want to work from home or do some yoga/exercises. This main level room features a custom built in desk with chair and monitor, 2pc bath, mountain views and its own exterior entry to the deck. Amazing Highspeed Starlink Internet means that you can work from home easily.

We offer a wide array of child items to help make your packing a bit lighter, including: pack n play, high chair, baby bath, hiking backpack, potty, step stool, baby play mat, plastic dinnerware, books, toys and a 7ft lego table!

GUEST ACCESS:
We are located 10 minutes South of the townsite of Golden, BC on an acreage. 4 Parking spaces are provided: 2 in front of the deck and 2 closer to the main entry door. In the winter months rural road conditions require a good vehicle with 4x4/AWD preferred to access the hillside driveway and house. We have a plow service that is initiated each 2" of new snowfall and can sand when needed!

NEW! Air Conditioning Unit in Main Room (Kitchen/Dining/Living) and another A/C unit in the Primary Suite! The 3 Queen bedrooms have fans. The basement stays quite cool all summer. To conserve energy please turn off A/C when out exploring :)

As we are on an acreage out of town, we utilize a well system for water. We have deemed it appropriate for our guests to only drink bottled Spring water. A large 18L bottle of spring water (x2) with an electric pump and x2 24 packs of bottled spring water will be supplied for each stay. We have a brand new water softener in place for enjoyable showers!

8 people maximum as only registered guests are allowed on the property. Events, parties are extra guests are restricted.

Need more space? At the front of the property there is also a 2bedroom Cabin that can accommodate 4 guests. This cabin shares a driveway with the main house. Check out my profile to see all of my listings.

Animals are not permitted on the property or inside the house - a $300 pet fee will automatically be added to the account if an animal is present.

Our driveway is long and sloped. We have a plow service come during the winter that is initiated each 2” of snow that falls. They will also sand the driveway. Please let me know if the driveway is slippery during your stay and I will have them sand as soon as they are available.

Outdoor furniture and umbrellas are Summer Seasonal only and are put away Oct.1st. The outdoor dining table/chairs and bbq will be available all year.

Wood burning stoves are for Fall/Winter use only. A/C is available during the Spring/Summer months.

The property is secluded, however you may hear noise from neighbouring acreages during the day that are out of our control.
