Ground floor studio apartment. Large slider with view of the stream. Walk out to small patio. Studio features a queen bed and fully equipped kitchen. Large entryway with closet, plenty of room for skis and outdoor equipment. Private location with separate entrance ensures a quiet enjoyable stay.
Walking distance (1mile) to town. Also a quarter mile to two popular restaurants.
Less than a quarter mile to the start of the newly built Adirondack Rail Trail.

Another great stay

Fourth time staying at Kathy's cozy studio apartment and as in previous stays, everything was perfect. Love the location - so convenient to everything in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment felt like home with all the amenities needed to recharge after a day out on the trails.

An awesome start!

We spent 4 wonderful day here while we explored lake placid in winter. It is a wonderful studio apartment. Exactly as listed. Warm cozy and comfy. Very conveniently located, minutes away from town. I go back in a minute!

Adk getaway

Perfect cozy studio for a couple nights to be able to enjoy hiking and mirror lake. Great location, easy to find, and exactly as described. Hope to stay again!

Lake Placid

I was in lake placid for a long wedding weekend! Staying here was fantastic! Just a 5 minute drive to just about anything i needed. The stay was clean, comfortable, and convenient! I'd recommend this space to anyone traveling this way

It was wonderful!

We had a fantastic stay in this cozy little studio over Thanksgiving weekend. The place was immaculate, the bed was SO comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It’s a very short drive to downtown and the Olympic Arena, where we were headed for college hockey. The hosts are warm and welcoming - I can’t say enough good things about the entire weekend. Can’t wait to go back!

Lake Placid Village Retreat

Our second time staying in this cozy studio. It has everything we needed. We stayed last in winter a few years back, and loved it just as much in summer!

Great location for exploring ADK

The VRBO rental was clean, well designed, and very affordable. Furthermore, the owners were responsive and seemed to really care about the property and their guests. Plus it is dog friendly which is great for people that love to travel with their four legged friend.

Great Place

Place was exactly as described, close to town and very quiet. Loved that it had a spacious entry way that was large enough to hold a bike, keeping it separate from the living space. Came up for training and it was perfect.
