"HoneyPops 30A Beach House" Private access to Beach! Gate Community! 4 Bikes!
Welcome to HoneyPops 30A Beach House at WaterSound West Beach.
The community pool is about .2/mile from our home. The boardwalk to the beach begins at the pool and is also about .2/mile. The beach access serves only Watersound West Beach. The Hub, recently renamed "The Chill Spot" is about 1 mile to the east. Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Seacrest are about 4 miles to the east. Seaside and Watercolor are about 3 miles to the west. All the wonderful shopping and restaurants of the area are just minutes away.
13 Full Moon Lane features four spacious, true bedrooms, (no bunk rooms!!) including the primary bedroom on the main floor with a king bed, TV, a large travertine tiled bath and a walk in closet. The second bedroom features a king bed, TV, an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom features a queen bed with a TV. This bedroom shares a hall bath with the fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds. A cozy den is at the top of the stairs with a comfortable day bed and a TV.
The open floor plan includes with a well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, gas range, microwave, dishwasher and a huge center island with 4 stools. The living area has a comfortable sectional sofa and a 50 inch flat Smart TV. Two separate dining areas give the option of dining in the house or on the screened porch. Both tables have seating for six. The screened porch also features a sofa and 2 chairs. A natural gas grill is just outside the porch on our private boardwalk.
HoneyPops has wireless access throughout the house, a few beach chairs, umbrellas, miscellaneous beach toys, an outdoor shower and a washer/dryer. Our family also loves spending time at Watersound's incredible zero-entry pool with retractable awning cabanas and clubhouse. We do not provide beach towels.
A Tesla Charging station is located in the garage.
Please note we rent Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Contact me for possible exceptions.
Please note that rental golf carts are not allowed in Watersound West Beach.
Please note a ring camera is located above the garage door for your protection and ours. Do not tamper with it.
No smoking is ever allowed anywhere on the property.
No pets are allowed without prior written permission from the owner.

We are the Stevens Family from Nashville, Tennessee. We purchased HoneyPops in the fall of 2016 fulfilling a life dream of having our own beach house! Our little family has vacationed along the Gulf since our two boys were babies. Now they are grown and on their own and we still love our time together at the beach. We hope to continue to build lasting bonds and memories here in our home away from home.

This stretch of the Gulf Coast has always been our favorite. It's close to EVERYTHING, but not in the middle of the crazy business of the larger areas. The gated community provides privacy and safety for walkers and children on bikes.

HoneyPops has the perfect floor plan for a family vacation. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the open living room for everyone to gather. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There are no "bunk rooms". All bedrooms have closets, doors and windows!
