We loved our stay. The condo was exactly as advertised. We loved the golf cart and easy access to the beach and restaurants. We would 100% stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The golf cart was great, however the walk to the beach is not far. The porch and back patio were very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! This is our second time staying in this complex and we were very pleased again. Great location with lots to do near by. Had the community pool to ourselves most times which was a nice perk. The townhome was well cleaned and beds/pillows were very comfortable. The golf cart is always a nice plus in this area and we appreciated the beach necessities available for use. We would stay again.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property. It was also very close to both the state park as well as a public beach access which made the stay that much more enjoyable. Having a golf cart was a huge plus! The check in as well as the check out process was very smooth. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this house! It was so clean and the kitchen had so many pits, pans and utensils! It was so convenient to so many great restaurants, beach and Seaside! We will definitely come again!

The home was perfect! Very clean and I love all the amenities. It was perfect for my family of 5. AC works great, it’s a little loud but the house was always nice and cold after a hot day at the beach. Had issues with the golf cart but host responded quickly. The master tub/shower and upstairs bathroom sink drain was clogged and water was backed up but other than that, everything was great and would book again!

Spring Break 2023

Our stay was great! The townhome was very clean upon our arrival. The golf cart and bikes were in great condition and so fun to use! We would definitely stay here again!

The space was wonderful to stay at. The space was clean, very kid friendly and great for family’s with young children. We were delightfully surprised to find the baby gate at the top of the stairs along with a high chair. The place didn’t have the stuff that draws small curious minds and has you always rushing to redirect. We loved driving the cart around. It made going to the beach so much easier. All the expectations were clear and easy to do.We would highly recommend staying there to anyone with young children and look forward to our next opportunity to stay.

White Sand and Crystal Clear Ocean

Golf cart is a lifesaver when going to the beach although get out early so parking isn’t an issue.

House was beautiful!

The gold cart was the perfect addition. I recommend going to the public beach access to the beach. Seaside was close by and several restaurants.

Perfect for our group

Property was clean, comfortable and centrally located. Property manager was super responsive when I had a question. Wish the pool had more seating.

Great Vacation

We had a great stay at your place. We had everything most places had to offer. The only recommendation would be to supply beach towels for your guests. Otherwise, great location, very clean and the beds actually slept well. Appreciate the communication during our stay as well.

Overall, the townhouse was great. Location was a little further from the beach than we expected, as lake access to beach wasn't passable via foot, you'd have to swim through the lake to get to the beach. Public beach access was about 7 minutes via golf cart. We had issues with the golf cart on day 1, and while golf cart repair personnel looked at it on day 2, they said it was fine and then it almost left us stranded on 30A highway more than once due to a brake malfunction…serious safety concern. Communication with property management was a little dismissive initially, but eventually was repaired by end of day 2. Overall, nice property for the price. Pool was not impressive but we spent most days at the beach, so overall we were happy!

Everything went very smooth. Nice area and location to beach and Seaside square. I will tell you that the master bed is broken. If you sit at the bottom of the mattress and left corner you sink. I almost fell down. Just an FYI.Thanks!
