Darling Home on a private drive, Cute as a Cottage, but Spacious Inside and Out!! 3 Bedrooms on 2nd floor of home, consisting of a 1 King Bed,1 Queen Bed and 2 Full Size beds in third bedroom with vanity table. 2 Full Baths, one on each floor, walk in shower and bathtub available. Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator, Oven/Range, Microwave too! Open Kitchen to great Dining Area or "Lake Room" with plenty of seating and views of the Lake from ALL windows! There is also a living room with comfortable seating, relaxing getaway to read, play games or catch some TV with your family and friends! Grassy level enclosed yard with plenty of space for fun and games! Walk out gated yard to a large concrete retaining wall, great for chairs to enjoy the lake breeze with private access to the water too! Enter Lake Erie in shallow waters, walk onto hard packed sand, great for taking walks or sitting in a beach chair relaxing, good for water games! New firepit (must provide your own wood) Charcoal Grill, new patio and parking for 3 vehicles. This home has been recently updated with many new improvements including an on demand hot water heater, newer furniture, new bedding & mattresses, appliances and more. Your Boats and water sports equipment can be anchored about 150 feet from the property, boat slip just a few minutes away! Located within minutes of Miller's Ferry or The Jet Express to Put in Bay, Perry's National Monument and Kelly's Island ! Other attractions within minutes include Cedar Point, Historic Lighthouses, Gideon Owen Winery, Cheese Haven, Camp Perry, Ottawa National Wildlife Refugee, along with many bars and restaurants!! We will even provide you with menus from our local favorites, some even deliver! Enjoy this great destination with family & friends! Spring & Fall are wonderful seasons to enjoy this destination with Bird Watching and Fishing. Winter is beautiful to view the icy waters and enjoy some fun local activities! Sister's Trip

Great location to lighthouses, Cedar Point, small towns to explore as well as being on the shore of Lake Erie! Was a 5 sister trip to catch up on life and enjoy each other’s company. House was as described....clean and roomy with great outdoor area and we loved the firepit on the shore. Thanks for helping us to make memories we will never forget!

Get away

We loved how close we were to the lake. We didn’t do much except sit by the lake for a week and watch the birds and boats. We did have a bit of bad weather. The lake withdrew one day from high winds. Pretty cool experience. Seiche I believe.

It's gorgeous

The house was in a great location and the pictures were all accurate. What a beautiful view! Plenty of room in the house. My only complaint is the king size bed is not actually a king sized mattress so I kept falling in the middle where the 2 mattresses kept separating. The wi fi stopped working our last full day there. I messaged about it, and a light bulb being out, and never got a response.

Our family had a great stay at the lake house. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was clean and comfortable. Ten steps from the back door to the water wall was amazing. We would like to stay here again!

Four days of spring fishing

What a great place on the water. House is clean, well maintained and well stocked. It has everything you need. Was awesome to wake up to views of the western basin of Lake Erie.

Beautiful property the best equipped rental house we have ever stayed in

Gorgeous getaway

The house was everything we could ask for. Just the right size for our 3 children, my wife, and her parents. The kids loved swimming and playing in the lake right in front of the house!

Catching the solar eclipse

House was right on Lake Erie. It was nice and clean. Easy to get to. Imagine would be a very fun place in the summer being right on the water.

Lake Erie Islands Weekend

It was absolutely a perfect house. The decor was amazing and the attention to details gives it that warm cozy lake house feel. Amenities were abundant and in good working order. Great view of Lake Erie from our front patio. We definitely would rent again.

Beautiful Lakefront Property

This is one of the rare properties in the area that puts you right on the water. This property has easy access to the water which makes it ideal for families looking for private swimming access. We also had easy check in and check out. You will not be disappointed with this property if you are looking for a lakefront getaway.

Family trip

Love the location. Perfecto for family getaway. We had other family staying 2 doors down. The house was a little musty. May have been the carpet. Not sure. Would definitely stay again.

Great property if you want to be on Lake Erie

Our stay was fantastic. Allen was a great host, very responsive and clear directions/check-in and out processes. The home was extremely clean, lots of dishes, cookware, etc. Sunset view from the house are second to none! With a great-sized yard, plenty of room for activities, beach front access, Etc. this property is hard to beat!

Labor day

We had a great stay. The house was great with plenty of room. Responses from Allen were timely. It was great being able to walk several hundred feet on packed sand in the lake. However, there was one large step to get in. Really enjoyed the area too. Went to Marblehead lighthouse, Johnson Island, and the peach, perch, pierogi and polka festival. We would rent again. Thank you

Awesome!!!!

The house is great! Very clean and well stocked! The view is awesome! We had 6 adults in our group and there was plenty of room for all. Loved the decor. The neighbors were friendly too! I would definitely go back.

Good option for a family

We stayed here during a nearby family vacation and it was great for what we needed. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the property as much as we might have wanted to. It was clean and comfortable. The house is dated but in a welcoming and comfy way. The only thing I didn’t like was that it is very close to houses on both sides and there was no great way to get in and out of the water should you want to take advantage of the location.

Summer Vacation

We had a great time on Lake Erie. Allen was great to communicate with and very responsive. The ability to walk out the back door right into the water was a game-changer with two teenage boys. The water is not deep at all and we were able to walk out several hundred feet and barely get to our waist. Space was very comfortable for four of us and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook most meals.
