Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator, Oven/Range, Microwave too! Open Kitchen to great Dining Area or "Lake Room" with plenty of seating and views of the Lake from ALL windows! There is also a living room with comfortable seating, relaxing getaway to read, play games or catch some TV with your family and friends! Grassy level enclosed yard with plenty of space for fun and games! Walk out gated yard to a large concrete retaining wall, great for chairs to enjoy the lake breeze with private access to the water too! Enter Lake Erie in shallow waters, walk onto hard packed sand, great for taking walks or sitting in a beach chair relaxing, good for water games! New firepit (must provide your own wood) Charcoal Grill, new patio and parking for 3 vehicles. This home has been recently updated with many new improvements including an on demand hot water heater, newer furniture, new bedding & mattresses, appliances and more. Your Boats and water sports equipment can be anchored about 150 feet from the property, boat slip just a few minutes away! Located within minutes of Miller's Ferry or The Jet Express to Put in Bay, Perry's National Monument and Kelly's Island ! Other attractions within minutes include Cedar Point, Historic Lighthouses, Gideon Owen Winery, Cheese Haven, Camp Perry, Ottawa National Wildlife Refugee, along with many bars and restaurants!! We will even provide you with menus from our local favorites, some even deliver! Enjoy this great destination with family & friends! Spring & Fall are wonderful seasons to enjoy this destination with Bird Watching and Fishing. Winter is beautiful to view the icy waters and enjoy some fun local activities! Labor day

We had a great stay. The house was great with plenty of room. Responses from Allen were timely. It was great being able to walk several hundred feet on packed sand in the lake. However, there was one large step to get in. Really enjoyed the area too. Went to Marblehead lighthouse, Johnson Island, and the peach, perch, pierogi and polka festival. We would rent again. Thank you

Summer Vacation

We had a great time on Lake Erie. Allen was great to communicate with and very responsive. The ability to walk out the back door right into the water was a game-changer with two teenage boys. The water is not deep at all and we were able to walk out several hundred feet and barely get to our waist. Space was very comfortable for four of us and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook most meals.

Vacation

Property and backyard patio was perfect with lake views. House was very clean and spacious. Kitchen had all we needed to make dinner. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful setting

Our family stayed here for a couple of days. The two living areas are open to the kitchen so we never felt like we were on top of each other. I just wish there was a dishwasher since we like to cook in. The outdoor space is wonderful. The yard was great for playing games. At night we enjoyed the fire pit by the lake. Would be nice to have a couple more chairs

Good option for a family

We stayed here during a nearby family vacation and it was great for what we needed. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the property as much as we might have wanted to. It was clean and comfortable. The house is dated but in a welcoming and comfy way. The only thing I didn’t like was that it is very close to houses on both sides and there was no great way to get in and out of the water should you want to take advantage of the location.

Our family had a great stay at the lake house. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was clean and comfortable. Ten steps from the back door to the water wall was amazing. We would like to stay here again!

Four days of spring fishing

What a great place on the water. House is clean, well maintained and well stocked. It has everything you need. Was awesome to wake up to views of the western basin of Lake Erie.

Catching the solar eclipse

House was right on Lake Erie. It was nice and clean. Easy to get to. Imagine would be a very fun place in the summer being right on the water.

Fun Ladies Getaway

Everything was as listed. A very charming cottage right on the water. Very clean and well stocked with the essentials. I only had question for Allen and he responded right away. Great location for quick access to ferry's to the islands. Unfortunately the weather was cold and rainy so we couldn't fully enjoy the outdoor patio. The sun came out the morning we left and gave us the most beautiful view of the lake! Would definitely stay here again!

Family trip

Love the location. Perfecto for family getaway. We had other family staying 2 doors down. The house was a little musty. May have been the carpet. Not sure. Would definitely stay again.

Lake Erie Islands Weekend

It was absolutely a perfect house. The decor was amazing and the attention to details gives it that warm cozy lake house feel. Amenities were abundant and in good working order. Great view of Lake Erie from our front patio. We definitely would rent again.

Dock 3021 Experience

We celebrated my Mom's milestone 80th Birthday by staying at the lake cottage & it was simply perfect for us. The retro-vibe cottage was ideally located with easy water access, amazing views & incredible sunsets. Nice green space for outside games, plenty of seating areas, etc. Inside layout fit our needs nicely; plenty of room to gather as a group & yet ample opportunties for individual alone time. Host was very responsive. We will absolutely book again in the future.

Perfect family time

The lake access and house was perfect for our family getaway with plenty of room that we did not feel like we where right on top of each other. The property was in great distance of the ferry to ride to put in bay and short drive to multiple resteraunts. Will happily stay again!

Had a great time, location and beach access for our kids' ages was perfect.

Perfect spot, the kiddos loved every bit of it. They were out in the water every morning and the fact that we had that right out the back door made our stay!! Enjoyed our campfires with the beautiful sunsets. Allen was very accommodating and we were able to stay an extra day to finally enjoy some good weather. Thanks so much.....Would totally return.

One of the best....

Our family of 6 had an amazing time staying at this cute cottage ! The lake side location can not be beat. Easy access to the very shallow, sandy lake with the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. An enclosed grassy area for playing yard games. Would be perfect for small children ! Location is accessible to all kinds of adventures. Put in Bay, Kelley's Island, Cedar Point and more. House has a cute, relaxing vibe. I have recommended this property to friends and we will return!

Great house with a great view

We absolutely love the home, its welcoming, spacious and best of all has 60 feet of lakefront. The yard is great for outdoor activities and the sea wall is a huge ringside seat to the water.
