This spacious waterfront summer home on PEI’s stunning north shore offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation with family and friends. Ideally located in the heart of the Island’s top tourist area, you’re just minutes from beaches, waterparks, restaurants, shopping, and four golf courses. The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests in beds, plus 2 more on a pull-out sofa, and is designed for groups to gather or spread out as needed. The open-concept great room features a dining space for 8, cozy propane fireplace, and panoramic water views. A full bathroom with a deep soaker tub is located on the main floor. For year-round comfort, the home is climate-controlled with central A/C and heat.

The primary suite feels like its own private wing, complete with a queen bed, sitting area, large screen TV, Apple TV, ceiling speakers, and an ensuite with a step-in shower—ideal for guests with mobility needs.

Upstairs, the second bedroom includes a queen bed and water views, with a bathroom and reading nook just outside. The third bedroom has one queen and one double bed, and leads to the fourth bedroom, which features two twin beds—perfect for kids.
