We really enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed. This property is well cared for and you feel like you are a guest in someone’s home-not staying in a rental property.

View of the water from the front yard and living room. Just a couple minutes walk to the water. We loved the area. Close to restaurants and my favorite coffee shop, Coffee. Mirrors in every room was helpful to put makeup on while the bathroom was occupied. Box fans in every bedroom. The area in the front yard was nice for sitting out at night. The beds were comfy. The gift basket was generous, appreciated and unexpected. I’m a neat freak and had no issues with cleanliness. Thank you for offering your cute cottage for rent!

Friends Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable and provided for our needs. So thoughtful of Diane and Larry to leave a gift basket. We would definitely recommend this house as an inviting place to stay in a quiet area within walking distance to the water and to restaurants.

The Homestead Rental was fantastic, we all agree we would definitely stay there again. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and the hosts have thought of every possible small detail to make your stay pleasant. Excellent house in the heart of Ephraim. Walking distance to all Ephraim restaurants and the waterfront. The house has an awesome view of the water in the distance from the living room. The host was very responsive, the house was clean, and it had all the cooking items we needed. I would stay here again.

Fall color visit

My parents came out from Oregon for the fall colors. We had a fantastic time! The cottage was perfect, and very well appointed. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
