Beautifully Remodeled Wine Country Cottage

The 1101 NW Elm St Cottage is a fantastic base for your visit to the Willamette Valley wine country. The Valley boasts over 500 wineries and the Cottage is located within an hour of both Portland Metro and the Oregon Coast. The Cottage was meticulously remodeled in 2017 and now contains new stainless steel appliances, farm sink, original hardwood floors, new light fixtures, new washer and dryer in an immaculate shiplap laundry room, all new plumbing fixtures, romantic electric fireplace, flat screen smart-TV with bluetooth and surround sound. The Cottage is located on a large corner lot with 14 x 14 sq ft deck off the master bedroom, new dual-pane windows, roof and paint. Best of all, the Cottage is only blocks from beautiful downtown McMinnville, America's 2nd Best Main St. (by Parade Magazine 2014).

This was a great stay for me. The house is adorable, very cozy and clean. I loved the neighborhood and felt very safe. I was in town for a week long work event so having the washer and dryer was a bonus. I highly recommend this property and plan to stay again when I'm in town.

The cottage was centrally located and had all of the amenities you could want! We enjoyed sitting in the outside gazebo and made use of the fireplace in the mornings. Would definitely recommend to a couple if needing a place to stay in McMinnville.

Fun little home with cool period decor items aplenty. Cushy towels, full size w/d, all kinds of extras in the kitchen including a French press coffee maker which we utilized (only decaf provided for the Kurig so I was glad we had brought coffee). We enjoyed our stay.

Quaint home that has been refurbished to be both modern and efficient. The one bedroom house would be good for a couple or perhaps a couple with a child.Good location in McMinnville to do wine tastings. It's a little less than a mile to town center on 3rd Street for dining and other activities.

Great cottage - perfect for a wine country getaway. It has everything you need and is very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent and the place is well-priced. Would recommend!

Perfect, cozy cottage for two for a week a wine tasting. Quiet neighborhood yet close to all the amenities of McMinville you would need. Well stocked kitchen for any home cooked meals. Had some deer visit us in the backyard while grilling out.

Well appointed, cozy home with just the right amount of space for two people. Walkable to dining/shops in town and a great launching point for area wineries. Host was very responsive and provided a few favorite nearby spots to check out. Would definitely stay again!

House was lovely and clean! Had an issue with the ring code on arrival, but Kevin was very fast to respond and issue was corrected quickly! Didn’t get to enjoy the patio due to the very bad weather but it looked very inviting and cozy! Would totally stay again!
