We spent 8 weeks this summer at this home, coming into town for a work contact with an infant and toddler. We had a fantastic stay. This place is very well equipped for cooking, and is a comfortable living space. The location is ideal for families, close to parks, splash pads cafes, groceries, the river, an ice cream shop. The neighborhood is very friendly. Anna was accommodating and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.

Anna's house was perfect for our long weekend visiting family in Winnipeg. We appreciated the quiet neighbourhood, and enjoyed the short walk to the Forks and the Human Rights museum. The kitchen was very well set up for cooking at home, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed playing the games provided. Thank you for setting up this space so thoughtfully.

This is a very nice, well-located residence. The owner is friendly, kind, and helpful. I stayed there with my family. We enjoyed our stay. All amenities were provided: a clean kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and children's toys.

Such a cute little house to stay at. Fresh homemade muffins, clean, everything we needed! Even the lights were on when we arrived at night. Super homey and inviting. Couldn’t have asked for more.

It was a great property, so authentic, kudos to Anna for keeping it historical with all the old stuff. The house was so charming with easy access to many places.

Wonderful St. Boniface home

This property is very well maintained and is excellent value, especially for large families. It also has an excellent location near to St. Boniface Hospital, downtown and the Forks. The kitchen is modern and complete. Fresh muffins were a very nice touch. The host is freindly and available.

A lovely home from home in the quiet St Boniface area of Winnipeg.We arrived to fresh muffins and bottled water left for us on the kitchen counter.The house has everything you need and is spotlessly clean.The area is quiet, safe and close to supermarkets and other essentials within walking distance. The Forks is only about a 20 minute walk from the property.

Your home away from home

My two kids and I absolutely loved coming back to this peaceful space after a day of exploring the city. The place was immaculately clean (including the basement!) and a lot of thoughtful details have been placed throughout the home including books, games and a well-stocked kitchen. Anna was a warm and responsive host, giving us a personal tour on arrival and the muffins and water were appreciated by us all. The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly and within walking distance to everything you need to have a really comfortable stay.

This host was fantastic! The house is absolutely charming and makes you feel like you’re home -complete with fresh muffins! We were here for the holidays and were surprised to see a Christmas tree was thoughtfully set up for us! The host has thoughtfully and carefully prepared for your stay. There are many little details that have been added to make you feel comfortable. There are books and games for all ages and even slippers by the door. The house is impeccably clean, the bedding is cozy, and the hot water is plentiful. The neighbourhood is very quiet!! We heard no noise at night!! Our family highly recommends and appreciates this listing!!

Wonderful stay!

Anna was a wonderful host. She was a great communicator and responded quickly to any questions. The home was clean, tidy and had a well equipped kitchen. The bed was most comfortable and the sheets, blankets and pillows were all top notch. The home is in a good neighborhood and walking distance to the forks, university, museum, parks and cafes. A lovely period property which was so much more spacious than we thought. The photos do not do this cute home justice.It had every amenity you could need and was very well equipped.The walk into downtown was pleasant and you are close to everything. We loved this property.
