This immaculate Cape Cod home has it all: spacious rooms that are tastefully decorated, lots of natural light, a large outdoor shower and a great location. Two large bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the main floor can easily accommodate one or two families (there's a daybed in the den as well). The huge, fenced-in back yard is great for kids or to play a game of croquet. The deck off of the dining room is perfect for outdoor entertaining or having a cup of coffee while reading the paper from the West Falmouth Market, a quaint general store nearby. Parking for the Shining Sea Bikeway is three minutes away, and two beaches are very close by (Chapoquoit Beach is a four-minute drive, and Old Silver Beach is seven minutes away). Main Street Falmouth with tons of restaurant options and adorable shops is a seven-minute drive, and parking for the Steamship Authority boat to Martha's Vineyard is only five minutes away (making a day trip very easy). Wireless internet, Xbox One and air conditioning add to the amenities of this inviting home.

Summertime in West Falmouth

We had a terrific time in West Falmouth this summer! The house was perfectly clean and very well stocked. The layout works very well for our family and has room for friends to visit too. We hope to have the opportunity to stay in the property again!

2021 return visit

We greatly enjoyed another extended stay at this West Falmouth house. It was a great fit for our mix of family and friends; close to everything in West Falmouth yet secluded enough when we wanted to get away from the crowds. The newly renovated ground floor level is a great new perk this year! We hope to rent again!

Fabulous vacation spot

This was our second year renting this house and it felt like coming home! The place was spotless and even smelled clean! There are so many places to relax in the house, read a book or do a puzzle. We took advantage of the proximity to so many beaches and downtown. We hated to leave!

Summer 2020

We were very grateful to enjoy an extended stay in West Falmouth this summer. The house was well located and very comfortable for our group. From our initial inquiry to any questions we had along the way Marisa and Rich were very accommodating and easy to work with. We hope to rent from them again in the future!

Perfect Cape Cod Location

Our family has spent a week on the Cape for the past fifteen summers. This property is one, if not the best of the houses we have rented. From the start the communication with the owner was timely, accurate and complete. The interior was beautifully decorated with unexpected amenities. The house contained rooms for all of us to gather and yet each one of us had a special location to make ourselves as comfortable as being in our own homes. The location is perfect in proximity to recreation, dining and shopping. From the grandparent to the granddaughter everyone thoroughly enjoyed this property. We hope to return for another week in the future.

Best Rental Ever!

This property was so much more than we expected. The cleanliness was above board! The amenities were spot on. What a beautiful place to spend a vacation! The location was close to everything by car, shopping, beaches, restaurants, etc. We experienced power outages due to a downed pole and the owners were great with providing updates. Fortunately it all worked out! Even the tornadoes that week didn’t take away from our time there. The basement was great to wait out the warnings in. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat! Thanks Rich and Marisa!!

Great House and Location

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house has so much charm - it’s a quintessential Cape Cod home. It has a great layout with lots of space. And the grounds are absolutely beautiful with lots of privacy. Overall would definitely recommend the house and hope to stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home.

This home is a great location and provides everything you need for a relax time away from home.

It is a very convenient location and easy to get to. Beautiful landscape and plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and provided everything needed. We loved its closeness to the bike path, shops and restaurants. We would love to stay here again.

Great, spacious spot

We really loved our stay, the house is spacious and was very comfortable to fit our mixed group of grandparents + our family + nanny. Great yard and porches and the garage has bikes, scooters and even roller skates which were a hit with our young children. Definitely recommend!

Cozy Home, Convenient Location

Wonderful West Falmouth home close to many wonderful Cape locations. Short drive to two great beaches for kids and conveniently located to food, shopping and other attractions. Bike trail is conveniently located near the house as well for runners, walkers and of course bikers. House had all the necessary amenities, was very clean, cute back yard and uniquely laid out which would allow space for bigger families. Wonderful covered porch as well for relaxing and enjoying coffee in the morning!

clean, picturesque home

We stayed here for the weekend and found our stay to be very pleasant. The owners were responsive to a minor issue of a beeping alarm. The location is close to the main street of Falmouth (~7 min). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

beautiful, spacious, relaxing...

We came to the Cape to celebrate a family wedding. The house was a perfect fit for our big group! We loved to expansive dining table and multiple seating areas. The "teen zone" set up in the basement was a total score for all of the cousins to hang out! We fould the property clean and organized. The only negative was getting up on Sunday morning and washing all of the linens...it took several hours. We look forward to returning!

Wonderful property and location

There were 8 of us- all adults and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The home is beautiful inside and out, well appointed and clean. The location is perfect, quiet and centrally located and worked well for all our adventures. Highly recommend and would stay again when we visit the Cape. Beautiful home, great location!

We were down the cape for a wedding and had our two little ones with us. This house was perfect for us! It was spacious, clean and the fenced in yard was great for our two year old. The location is also ideal, as it's a very short drive to Old Silver Beach and downtown Falmouth. We also took a ride on the Shining Sea Bike path nearby which is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this house, and if we need a rental in Falmouth again, I would try and rent this house again.

Sunny, spacious, conveniently located, family-friendly home!!!

We enjoyed our one month stay is this lovely home. The furnishings are clean & comfortable. The gardens & rear deck are very relaxing. The location is perfect. It is a 5 minute drive to the market, bike path & beach & a 10-15 minute drive to all of the attractions & activities available in Falmouth, Woods Hole & beyond. The surrounding community is beautiful. The owners are very helpful. We would rent this home again & would recommend it to family & friends as well.

Beautiful house, good location, watch out for owner rules.

There are a number of kids bikes (we didn't need these) and a couple of adult ones. House is nicely laid out and would be great or one or two families traveling together. A bit of a distance to food, but no big deal -- very quiet neighborhood more than makes up for this. Beds are comfortable, house is clean, area is beautiful and not far from Boston. Be careful with owner rules -- owner requires you to wash and dry towels and bedding on your final day before leaving, so this can take up 1/2 of day on your final day (which is a big deal if you have an early flight out of Boston). A couple of additional notes: -- there are a couple of xboxes, but no way to play due to guest login not being connected to any games. Not a big deal. -- there's an Amazon Echo in the main room to listen to music, which is nice. -- good internet -- nice recommendations on what to do and where to eat from the hosts. Recommended (with minor reservations above)

Marisa and Rich live in northern New Jersey, but Rich grew up in Lakeville, MA (about 30 minutes off-Cape) and spent his childhood vacationing on Cape Cod. We bought our dream vacation home in Falmouth toward the end of 2015 and have spent the past few years furnishing it and enjoying it. We hope you will love it as much as we do!
