Great house right on the beach. Great area of the island and far enough away from public access it felt like a private beach. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen is nicely stocked for those who enjoy cooking. The owner was very responsive and quickly worked with us when our reservation was nixed by last year’s hurricane.

Family fun, 3 generations of togetherness!

We appreciate the cleanliness & well stocked house. Host is very kind and accommodating, 4 nights was perfect. Great beach access.

Fabulous stay at Footprints

We had a wonderful stay and made so many memories. The location if perfect and the house is great. The house had everything we needed to have lots fun and a week of laughter. Our family enjoyed every minute.

Family Beach Trip

This house was perfect for our family beach trip! It was clean and spacious so we could spread out and be comfortable. The best thing about it was we were right on the beach! We had a great time!

Girls' Retirement Trip

We had a wonderful time at Footprints for the 2nd time. The house had everything we needed. The location was fantastic for our lazy beach days.Kate was easy to communicate with as well.

Great Vacation

Everything was great. Few minor issues like the vent fan in the master bedroom quit working but everything else was outstanding!

Great beachfront rental

Owner was very responsive and accommodating. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was directly on the beach, which helped with schlepping kids to and from the sand.

Best family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This property is extremely well maintained and met our needs perfectly! The house is beachfront and was so convenient for our family. The beach was not crowded which was a welcome change from other places we have stayed. Our host, Kate was very friendly and efficient! We would definitely like to stay here again!

Love this house

We have stayed in this house multiple times over the years at Thanksgiving time. We really enjoy it and the large dining room table is excellent for games, dinners, etc. Lovely access to the beach and an outdoor shower and BBQ. Great owners. Will be staying here again.

Vacation in Galveston

Other than having to clean the windows the house was clean and decorated very well. This was our first time renting a beach house and it was well worth the price. We were able to relax and enjoy the beach and the water. Can’t wait to go back!!

Memorial Day stay at Sea Isle

Footprints is a beautiful house with 4 bedrooms which was great for our group. It was well equipped and very clean. It is on the first row of homes on the beach on a section where cars cannot drive. Perfect location. We loved it!

The perfect vacation spot!

This was our 5th year in a row to stay here. We absolutely love this house. It is clean, spacious, and steps from the beach. The owner is so quick to respond and we have never been disappointed. We will keep coming back, it is like going to our home away from home once a year!!!

Our favorite place to stay!

Love this property! Third year to rent here. Fits our family perfectly, 6 adults and 5 children. Right on the beach. Kate, the owner is amazing! She goes out of her way to meet your needs.

Great place steps to the beach

What an awesome location. Far enough away from the crowds but close enough to anything you need. Kate is awesome and really kept in touch with us. The house is older and could use a little TLC but the fact that you are steps to the water more thank makes up for it. We had a great time!

Our Favorite Place!

We come to Sea Isle every year, and this house is our favorite! It is the perfect size for our family, spacious, clean and comfortable! The beach location and walk to the beach is incredibly convenient. We love how private the beach area is and never have to deal with crowds! The owners are so wonderful to work with and communicate with. We look forward to our stay here each year and can’t wait to come back next year! We would recommend this house to anyone!

Christmas in July

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at foot prints. The proximity to the beach was such a boon for getting the children back-and-forth and back-and-forth plenty of room for board games in the kitchen easily accommodated all of our needs. Kate was a delight to work with.

This is our family’s 3rd year to stay at Footprints and it is a wonderful home away from home. Location is perfect being right on the beach. Family enjoys beach time daily and the outdoor shower is great for rinsing off. Enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning on the deck. The house is clean and has everything we needed for the week. The host, Kate is very responsive and communicates quickly. We enjoyed our stay again this year at Footprints.
