Steps to the beach in a quiet part of Sea Isle. Home is nicely furnished with tasteful decor. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the layout is perfect for multiple families. A bedroom and bathroom is on the main level with queen bed and a single bed and sleeps three. Spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom and private deck, two other bedrooms share a jack and jill bath are upstairs. Master bedroom with king bed and shower in the bathroom. First guest room has queen bed and private deck. Second guest room has two sets of bunk beds. Jack & Jill bathroom has garden tub with shower. Flat screen tv's, in family living area, master bedroom, and queen guest room upstairs. Home is WIFI ready. Upstairs inside balcony overlooks the very spacious family room as well as a second living area. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils. Beach rental includes linens and towels for each guest and a few books and board games for the family. **BONUS** Private outdoor shower with hot water. Enjoy your time at the beach!

Perfect beach house for adults and children

This beautiful beach house was perfect for our family. We rented it as a second house to accommodate family and friends for our son’s wedding. The master bedroom on the first floor was perfect for a young family with a 3yr old and an infant. The rooms upstairs held all adults. The beds were comfortable, access to the beach is easy, And the decks are relaxing with comfortable seating. Communication with the owner was excellent. We loved our stay and would rent this house the next time we are in Galveston.

Christmas in July

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at foot prints. The proximity to the beach was such a boon for getting the children back-and-forth and back-and-forth plenty of room for board games in the kitchen easily accommodated all of our needs. Kate was a delight to work with.

Family Memories at Footprints

This is our second year at Footprints and again our stay was wonderful. The best vacation spot for a family. The house offers everything we needed for the week. Morning coffee on the deck as the sun comes up, walks on the beach and watching grandkids build sandcastles. Perfect home away from home. Thank you Kate for another year of memories and we hope to be back next year.

Great place steps to the beach

What an awesome location. Far enough away from the crowds but close enough to anything you need. Kate is awesome and really kept in touch with us. The house is older and could use a little TLC but the fact that you are steps to the water more thank makes up for it. We had a great time!

Family Beach Trip

This house was perfect for our family beach trip! It was clean and spacious so we could spread out and be comfortable. The best thing about it was we were right on the beach! We had a great time!

Fabulous stay at Footprints

We had a wonderful stay and made so many memories. The location if perfect and the house is great. The house had everything we needed to have lots fun and a week of laughter. Our family enjoyed every minute.

Family Vacay 2023

Loved the property. Very close to the beach. If you’re willing to fork over $100 (for the week), you can have access to the neighborhood pool. Some of our kiddos were disappointed with the NON bunk situation in the main floor bedroom. LOVED the downstairs shower.

Best family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This property is extremely well maintained and met our needs perfectly! The house is beachfront and was so convenient for our family. The beach was not crowded which was a welcome change from other places we have stayed. Our host, Kate was very friendly and efficient! We would definitely like to stay here again!

First time to stay on the beach

All of our group enjoyed our stay the past 4 days. The house is so nice being right on the beach where you can walk to it. We've always rented in Galveston but this is the first time for us to just be able to walk back to the house and enjoy the water any time of day. We will definitely be back! Would have booked Labor Day weekend but it's already booked!!

Vacation in Galveston

Other than having to clean the windows the house was clean and decorated very well. This was our first time renting a beach house and it was well worth the price. We were able to relax and enjoy the beach and the water. Can’t wait to go back!!

Labor Day Family Fun

We have rented Footprints several years on Labor Day weekend. It is a great house and works well for our group of 12. Kate, the owner is super nice and so easy to work with. Love this spot right on the beach.

Comfortable House with Beautiful Beach Access

An airy, comfortable, clean house perfect for our young family. Beach is literally steps away and was not at all crowded. Kitchen is well equipped, living areas are airy and bright with beautiful views of the water. Deck is spacious and plenty of off street parking. Owner communication was great. We will definitely be back for more sun and fun and relaxation.

Annual trip

Our annual Galveston trip was made even better by staying at this wonderful beachfront property! Right on the beach makes it easy when traveling with kids! Plenty of room for everyone! We hope to make this our annual vacation house!

80th birthday celebration with family

Great location to the beach! We brought our golf cart because my mom is EIGHTY and wanted to go to the beach. With her handicap sticker we could drive her on the beach. Everyone else walked the short distance. We sat up several tents for shade and had a great time! When mom needed to come back to the house, she was able to sit on the balcony and still enjoy watching her family play in the ocean. The stairs would be an issue for someone in a wheelchair that can't climb stairs, but we were good! The downstairs shower was nice for washing off. Bring everything you need for food because it is a pretty good distance back to town, but that is the price you pay if you want a beach that is private without the crowd! We would definitely stay here again!

4th of July fun!

What a great place and amazing location. We were there for 6 nights and couldn't have asked for a better spot to spend our Independence Day. We have 3 small children and our neighbor's (from our home in North Texas) came for 2 nights with their 3 kids. The house was very comfortable for all 10 people. We would definitely consider booking this property again for our next Galveston vacation. Oh, and a big thank you to Kate (property owner) who is excellent to work with.

Family fun

Our family has rented Footprints every year for several years except during the Covid pandemic. Kate is very accommodating and great to work with. My family loved our annual beach trips. We’ll be back next year.

The perfect vacation spot!

This was our 5th year in a row to stay here. We absolutely love this house. It is clean, spacious, and steps from the beach. The owner is so quick to respond and we have never been disappointed. We will keep coming back, it is like going to our home away from home once a year!!!

Although we live in Houston, I grew up visiting Galveston most weekends as a teenager. I always wanted to have a home on the beach that I could share with my family and with others to enjoy all that Galveston has to offer. As you can see by our photo, we also like to ski during the winter.

Footprints is unique because of the layout of the rooms. Although you will spend most of your time on the beach which is steps away from the home, the layout of the home is perfect for large or multiple families. The home has lots of room for everyone to share space or have their own space for quiet time.
