New to the 2017 rental market. Bright and cheery house with tile and bamboo flooring and plantation shutters. The mostly wooded, landscaped back yard is a peaceful, natural backdrop for the screened heated pool area (extra charge for pool). The master bedroom (king) with ensuite offers privacy from other bedrooms. The walk-in shower is over-sized and there is plenty of closet space. The other 2 bedrooms (queen; two twins/TV) are separated by a full bath and there is a door to close off this area from the rest of the house for more privacy. This property is on a quiet street yet close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and the Cape Haze Pioneer Bike Trail.

Fishing trip with friends. Less than 10 minutes from dock. Home was clean and exactly as described. Would rent again.

Beautiful Home, just as pictured. Clean and spacious, Great Pool, and Lani, and comfortable outdoor furniture. Plenty of Dishes, Glasses, silverware, pots, pans and of course, baking needs. Bedrooms very spacious, dining area, living room lots of space for all. Nice quiet neighborhood, but everything close by. Stores, Movies, restaurants, churches. Linda was an excellent hostess!!! We had one problem with the AC, but Linda took care of it immediately!!! Great stay all around. 10 stars from us. We will be staying there again.

I feel like I’m at home in this lovely 3 bedroom/3 bath home. Beautiful, perfect temperature pool. Linda is fantastic host. She responds quickly and I always feel that I am talking to a longtime friend! This is the home you want to stay at when in southwest Florida!

Quiet and relaxing

My family and I just spent a week at this lovely house. It was clean, plenty of linens, kitchen needs, and comfortable beds. My teenage granddaughters enjoyed the pool every day. We paid the extra for pool heat and it was money well spent. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, very clean,loved the house

Great location for us to visit family in Englewood. Pool was very nice and minutes from beaches. House was very clean and owners were very nice to deal with. We will be booking again if available next year!

Great stay in Rotanda West

We visited the house during the week of Thanksgiving. We had a great time. The pool is nice and the owners were excellent at communicating for anything that we needed before and during the stay. The house is as described and is in overall very good condition. The kitchen is more modern than the photos show, as it has be upgrades to the countertops and few others things. There were plenty of beach chairs available for use in the garage. We used the pool daily, and were able to pay a little extra to have it heated to our liking during our stay. Due to recent hurricane damage in the area, we spent more time at the pool than at the beaches. The walking path nearby is very nice and makes for enjoyable walks/runs in the area. The neighborhood is nice and clean and felt very safe. Another reviewer mentioned some construction noise. We did hear this a few mornings, it was noticeable but it wasn't bothersome. Overall, the neighborhood is quiet with almost no traffic. There were a few very minor issues, but overall the stay was great. The kitchen was very well equipped with the cookware and dishes that we need for our family (we made an entire Thanksgiving spread). We're very thankful for a wonderful trip to Florida and the opportunity to stay at this house.

- die hohen Bäume um den Poolbereich machen das ganze sehr idyllisch und grün mit einem super Sichtschutz für die gesamte Anlage - alle Großgeräte da - sehr guter Mail-Support durch die Besitzer - großzügig geschnittene Räume - genug Handtücher vorhanden - an sich schöner Poolbereich - Küchenausstattung von der Menge gut, einige Sachen sollten ersetzt bzw. gepflegt werden - an einigen Stellen im Haus und Poolbereich gibt es deutliche Abnutzungserscheingungen - im Poolbereich sind manche Möbel ungepflegt und rostig - im Vergleich zu den vorherigen Rezensionen waren wir von der Sauberkeit im gesamten nicht so überzeugt - Lärm: 400m Luftlinie entfernt befindet sich der Recyclinghof "Dot crush", der die ganzen Tage Betonbrocken geschreddert hat. Samstags hörte der Lärm mittags auf. Dies machte das Frühstück im Poolbereich unschön. Den Pool haben wir nur Samstagnachmittag genutzt. Ohne den schönen, kleinen Wald drumherum wäre es vielleicht noch unangenehmer gewesen. FAZIT: Ein Tag Grundreinigung und Überarbeitung mancher Dinge machen das Haus schnell wieder "top". Der Lärm des Recyclinghofes bleibt leider ein dauerhaftes Problem.

Family getaway

We stayed here this past week. The house is even better than pictured with the Kitchen being redone. Everything was super clean and in perfect condition. The owners were very quick to respond to the minor issues we had with the TV as well as the pool light. We highly recommend staying here my family enjoyed this property. The pool and covered lanai were probably our favorite part of the house. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area. If you come to Rotunda West this is a must stay property!

Beautiful house

three important points of the house: -very clean -exactly as described -bikes available to visit a beautiful trail (we loved the recommendation) We loved our stay and would definitely return! (but next time we would ask to make the pool water a little warmer because it was slightly cold for a night bath).
