This contemporary two-story, custom-built home overlooks seven miles of beautiful beach. The upscale interior features an open floor plan, nine-foot ceilings, and large-scale windows that flood the space with natural light and offer incredible ocean views.

Living & Dining: The main floor combines the living, kitchen, and dining areas for a great-room experience. The living room has comfortable seating on three couches and two club chairs around an HD flat-screen TV. The expansive dining table seats ten for group meals or game nights, all with a stunning ocean backdrop.

Fully Appointed Kitchen: The chef in your group will enjoy amazing ocean vistas while cooking. The kitchen includes:

Refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher
Gas cooktop stove and oven
Waffle iron, hot air popcorn maker, and crock pot
Coffee makers, a blender, and a toaster
Baking pans, a rolling pin, and a Brita water filter
Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 10): Each of the four bedrooms has its own individually controlled heating source. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and a close-up mirror.

Main Level Primary: King bed with an attached bath featuring a large shower.
Upstairs West-Facing Primary: King bed with ocean views, a TV, and a closet.
Upstairs East-Facing Primary: A quieter room with a King bed, an attached bath with a six-foot tub, a TV, and a closet.
Upstairs Bunk Room: A cozy room with a bunk bed and a trundle.
Additional Sleeping: A sofa sleeper and a rollaway bed are also available.

Outdoor Living:
Oceanfront Deck: An extra-large deck with dining space for ten.
Private Hot Tub: Relax in the six-person hot tub while watching the waves.
Philosopher’s Bench: A cedar log bench facing the ocean for quiet contemplation.
South-Facing Deck: A second, sheltered deck perfect for sunbathing.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home and all its amenities. This includes all interior spaces, the oceanfront deck with the hot tub, the sheltered south-facing deck with the BBQ, and the private path that provides direct access to the beach.

Interaction With Guests:
We prioritize your privacy so you can enjoy your retreat. While we will not be present at the property during your stay, we are readily available by phone or message to answer any questions or assist with any needs that may arise.

Other Details to Note

Occupancy Limit: The maximum occupancy for this property is 10 guests. This number includes all adults, children, and infants and cannot be exceeded at any time during your stay, including by daytime visitors.
Beach Access: The home features a private path for direct beach access. Please use caution as the path may be steep or uneven in places.
Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.
