Very comfortable house with lots of extra’s - games room, finishes, kayak. Friendly hosts with great communication. A great refuge in the storms. Would stay again.

Beautiful spot

Nice as a home base for traveling nearby, and also great for the day we just chilled inside. Would highly recommend, and the property owner was very helpful.

Great stay in the Northlands

Really nice, clean and spacious home located in a quiet neighborhood. Instructions and communication were great. Our family had a wonderful time seeing all of the amazing sights in that beautiful part of the country. Would definitely recommend.

Aussie and Kiwi friends

5 fantastic days in an idyllic location staying in stunning accommodation. Using Rangitane Loop as our base we had 5 stunning days exploring the north and far north. Each day we could return and enjoy our evening meals on the deck or by the BBQ. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The place was very clean and presentable. Easy access for my father who couldn’t walk easily. Bedding and linen all clean and fresh. Great welcoming txts and communication.Would book again. Facilities great with washing machine , and large big kitchen to cook allergy friendly meals .

Luxurious stay, wonderful location, great hosts

Do yourself a favor and book Ben and Tereza’s place. So many thoughtful touches, pristine clean, very comfortable, games for all ages, excellent views, fully equipped kitchen (including coffee tea herbs etc). Welcome milk and wine. In the evening you can walk outside and follow the milky way all the way to the horizon kiwi everywhere. There’s also a kayak, playground en great outdoor seating as well. Like I said: book this place!

Perfect for families

What a gorgeous, relaxing, fully equipped house! We’ve really appreciated the toys and books in the house and the games in the garage that kept the kids entertained so that the adults could relax! The coffee machine, deck, and big bathtub are also so luxurious. We’ve enjoyed the reserve, tennis court, and beach too! The Parrot Place was a favourite for the kids as well. Thank you so much!

We have stayed at numerous VRBO’s around the world and this one is truly exceptional. It a home equipped with everything you will need for a delightful stay and things you didn’t even know you needed. The hosts are simply stellar in their commumncations, approach and attention to details. The place is immaculately clean and fully stocked with dishes, cooking wares, deck views etc. If you truly want an authentic Kiwi (persons and birds) adventure this is the place to stay. Numerous hiking options to secluded beaches abound. Yet close enough to Kerikeri city center for shopping (e.g., groceries) and dining (e.g., Kai Mata restaurant with off the hook cuisine). An 11 out 10. This was our second stay and even better the second time as we spent more time in this lovely place.
