Wonderful, welcoming and responsive hosts. The room and bed were comfortable, the area was lovely and secluded but still convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

I love this place! Homemade scones, fresh eggs from on-site chickens, friendly hosts, a dog welcoming committee, clean and well decorated rooms, quiet, peaceful, in the country between 2 Finger Lakes.

Quiet Getaway

Absolutely beautiful place. The owners Michael and Ellen were fantastic hosts. The provided fresh eggs, bacon and homemade scones were amazing.

Cozy and nice!

We loved the place and specially the owners! They made us feel very welcomed! It a perfect place to relax and disconnect from regular busy life!We enjoyed spectacular nature around!

Amazing hosts. Super friendly and great at communicating. The rooms are clean and welcoming. This is a relaxing place and location. We enjoyed meeting the hosts and their pups. We would definitely stay here again.

If you want peace & quiet this is the spot. This small quaint B&B was perfect for me and my husband. The attention to detail from the farm fresh eggs, to decor to toiletries you don’t have to bring much. Oh and delicious, homemade scones were on the counter when we arrived - you could taste the love in them. Nice outdoor sitting area with a fire pit & small grill. Ellen & Michael were great hosts who put a lot of love it ensuring guests enjoy their stay.

Absolutely Amazing

The trip was such a success as the hosts were the sweetest people ever. They made us feel really welcomed and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to travel to the Finger Lakes area!

The rental was very cozy and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed and more, and was located in a quiet setting. The owners provided fresh eggs for breakfast, which were delicious along with bacon, scones and jam!. They were quick to respond to any correspondence and were very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely rental, lovely welcome by owner who thought of everything. Loved the eggs, bacon etc so we could make breakfast our first morning. And the fresh baked scones!! Lots of coffee choices as well. Very comfortable bedroom and bath. Highly recommend Turtlerock B&B.We totally enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommend!!

Ellen and Michael truly went above and beyond to make this stay unforgettable! They thought of every detail, from the welcoming touches of fresh-baked bread and homemade jam to fresh eggs and bacon. The resource book they provided was packed with local recommendations and hidden gems, making it easy to plan my days. Every thoughtful detail made me feel completely at home, and their hospitality was on a whole other level. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience.

Peaceful and relaxing

Owners Ellen and Michael are fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a more responsive and helpful couple.We came here because we were between homes and needed a place to stay for a few weeks. We absolutely loved the apartment because it's roomy, yet cozy and provided for all our needs.Turtlerock is close to many Finger Lakes attractions, but you come back to a serene location between Conesus and Hemlock lakes where you can relax and have a fire or just look at the stars.

A great stay in the lakes region

The property was perfect for us! Spacious, clean and very well accommodated. We entered to a lovely handwritten note from Ellen and Michael, home made scones, fresh eggs, butter and jelly and a package of bacon. There are multiple styles of coffee makers with coffee and creamer supplied. Linens were crisp and clean, bathroom stocked with everything you could need. Morning coffee outside with birds flying nearby and chirping, and a hummingbird that flew right up to me. At night you can hear frogs and owls while sitting by the fire pit. Absolutely recommend this place for peace and relaxation.
