The property was exactly as depicted in the listing. We'd rent this property again in a heartbeat if future travels take us to the Finger Lakes region.

Maria has made this house as if she had a list of what makes a vacation rental effortless to visit and said “I can do that and more”. The little things were all there. Decent kitchen utensils, available cleaning items, even the little safety features that let you just relax in a new place. Perfect location, very well maintained. A great experience.

Sweet and Peaceful

We loved this little cottage! We came to spend a few days with our grandchildren in honor of one's high school graduation. The cottage was so nice, updated and clean, and the lot provided lots of room to sit and relax. Fishing off the dock and we rented a boat from a nearby marina. We're thinking an annual visit would be an awesome idea!

Maria is an amazing host to a beautiful property! Check-in was seamless, the property was very clean, easy to access, and the view of the lake was breathtaking. Maria left clear instructions, clean linens, fresh fruit, and granola bars and chocolates. We rented this property for my son's graduation. The property is less than 20 mins from the school. It was a perfect and relaxing place to get away and celebrate a beautiful event. I highly recommend this property for a weekend getaway and it was perfect for celebrating my son's graduation. Perfect distance from the school!

I'd do it again

It was a very hot week (hight 90's all week). We used all 3 window ac units to stay comfortable. My guess is one would do normally. The house is cute, nice area on side to sit out in the shade.

An amazing stay on Conesus Lake with our boat

This was an amazing place all new appliances perfect location just a mile from the state boat launch, we brought a baby gate to keep our pets in the yard and kept our 23ft boat on the dock. The property was the most well stocked we have ever stayed at. The dock is far enough out and the depth was about 4-5 feet at the end of the dock. Bed was very comfortable views couldn’t be beat! If we had one small complaint it would be that the dock needs cleats. Perfect place for a getaway on the lake lovely home! We will be back!
