The master bedroom had a pile of carpet deodorizer under the bed a strong air freshener at the bed stand and the sheets were so heavily febreezed that I slept on the couch for the duration of stay. Most of our crew bought their own bedding after the first night as well as towels. The listing said there was a hot tub, which is part of why we booked. There was no hot tub in two block radius. The lack of cleanliness had my group worried from the first walk-in. Shame, you can tell that they put money into retiling and other parts of property. I asked for a partial refund that i have still not received. In short, I would no way stay at this property again.

Spacious Well-Located 4 Bedroom Condo

This condo is our favorite among the places we have rented in Phoenix the past several years. The 4 bedrooms and 2 baths enabled us to have our daughter, son-in-law, and their two kids stay with us for the last week of our month stay. The kitchen is modern with ample cabinet space and new countertops. The location is close to Scottsdale's Old Town and Fashion Square. The owner, Jackson Brennan, was a pleasure to deal with. He responded promptly and effectively to minor glitches we experienced.
