Family time

Loved the stay. The pool was great. The grandchildren loved it as well. Would definitely recommend staying there. Island Minutes feels like home.

Fabulous stay!

Absolutely loved our stay. Property was very clean. Great location. 20 to 30 minutes from beaches and great fishing areas. Pool was perfect! Just a few short minutes to grocery stores. Communication from the host was very good! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place comfy and clean

Clean, comfy, and spacious. The pool was especially nice for the kids. The screened-in porch was great for dinner or morning coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping. FLETC was 10 minutes.

Comfortable and spacious

A very clean and comfortable home. Yard and pool area was clean and private. The home had a very easy access lock and the owners were very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this property.

upon arrival there were two dead mice in pool.in which we removed. One bedroom had a closet door missing. Towels were hard and mildew smelling. Neighbors constantly watched us upon leaving and arriving each day no matter what time it was.

Beautiful

Beautiful home with great location to I 95. All the access you need to stores and restaurant and not a bad drive to St Simons Island. Neighborhood is quite and clean.

Nice property and location

Nice home with easy access to Jekyll and St. Simon's Islands. Hosts were responsive. I would recommend this property.

2nd Time Around

I have stayed at this property twice now and the owners are a pleasure to deal with and the home is beautiful. The house has more amenities than we could possibly use and has lots of parking.

Absolutely wonderful

The house is in a convenient location to St. Simmons, other islands, and Florida. The pool was wonderful and the neighborhood was quiet. Will come again and YOU should come too!

Perfect for a family - great location.

We had a wonderful time. The house was so clean and even better than the pictures displayed on website, if that’s possible. We cooked some meals at home and anything utensil/appliance wise was available. Perfect location to grocery and restaurants. We visited the turtle rescue on Jekyll Island and only about 30 minutes travel time. My grandson asked If we could come back. I highly recommend this wonderful home.

Excellent choice because due to the pandemic we only went to the beach once but we were so satisfied with the pool and this beautiful home.

Great family getaway

Great location between Jekyll Island and St Simon's Island Great home to meet with our married adult children. We all enjoyed our special time together. Everyone had their own bedroom. Nice quiet neighborhood. Basic amenities provided. Coffee for Kuerig would be nice touch to provide for guests. Great recommendation from Matt and Jo to eat at Iguana's!

Great Stay and Experience!

Awesome house! Only 25 minutes from St. Simons and right off I-95. Perfect place for Georgia/Florida weekend! Hosts were responsive and had everything as expected! Great stay!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The pool was awesome. The only thing I could offer the owners is the carpets need to be clean more and the second bathroom tub was stopped up. The place is a beautiful property and I would stay again.

Beautiful home, convenient to the islands

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well maintained home. Nice private back yard. The pool is wonderful and our kids enjoyed that a ton. The home is clean, roomy, and has a lot of amenities provided. So close to Jekyll and St Simons islands. 1 hour from the beautiful Savannah. Lots of shopping and restaurants 5 -10 minutes away. We would definitely rent here again in the future.

Comfortable home

The home was very comfortable with a neutral decor. It was a spacious villa with good facilities. The only disappointment was the rather battered garden furniture. Although we did not need them there were only 4 chairs for potentially 6 people. It was very convenient for the coast and all the historical sites in the area. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Spacious and Elegant

This property is located about 30 minutes' drive from St. Simons Island and a little farther to Jekyll. However, the roads to those areas are very well marked and it is pretty much a straight shot to them. We were a family of 6 celebrating a couple of birthdays and completely enjoyed the space we all had. The vaulted ceilings were wonderful and the entire decor was stylish. The hosts are incredibly receptive and responsive. We had a mishap with the door alarm and Matt was very quick to respond and take care of it. If you have someone with disabilities or doesn't walk well, this is a GREAT home for that. My parents are in their 80s and don't walk well. They were easily able to get into and out of showers, tubs, and through the entrance ways. My father especially enjoyed sitting on the screened in back porch to watch the blue birds play. Full fenced back yard gives you privacy while in the pool. The only concerns we had, and they were very minimal, was that the yard hadn't been mowed when we arrived, so it looked rather unkempt...not the owner's fault at all since they use a service. The other things included little things such as no deck furniture near the pool, the odd sign of wear and tear on carpets, curtains, walls and outdoor cushions. However, considering the size of the home and the luxury inclusions...those issues were easily overlooked. Highly recommend this place if you want to be away from the crowds on Jekyll and SSI.
