1947 Renovated Beach Cottage w/ Private Heated Pool - 150 yards from the Beach!
Stella’s Hideaway is a 1947 original island beach cottage that has been renovated to modern standards while keeping its character. New metal roof with spray foam insulation. It is a breezy, beautiful 150 yard stroll to the public beach access located next to The King & Prince Resort. Everything is within walking distance. The island's best restaurants are right at your finger tips, The Crab Trap, CrabDaddy's, Fiddlers, Barrier Island Brewing Company and Beachcomber are less than 70 yards away. Golf cart and bike rentals are closely available as well. There are also several beach and souvenir shops in the same vicinity.
This home is as comfortable inside as it is on the outside. The living room is very open and cozy. Each bedroom is light and airy with all new soft bedding and linens. New chaise lounges align the landscaped fenced in yard with a private custom built saltwater heated pool with quiet high efficiency equipment. Escape the sun and curl up with a good book on the large sectional sofa under the covered patio area with an extra large industrial outdoor ceiling fan that puts out the precise amount of air needed to remain perfectly content. This outdoor area is idyllic for entertaining with a 55 inch television, a brand new Weber Spirit E310 natural gas outdoor grill piped directly from the house and charcoal grill. There is also an outdoor shower located next to the pool area for washing off after a fun day at the beach.
The home is equipped with Xfinity cable and Internet, including all movie channels. High definition televisions are located in all bedrooms, living room and pool area for your convenience.

Kenyon is a great host. The house is very charming, well equipped, and well located to fun restaurants and the beach. Pool is a nice break from ocean and nice to sit around.

Cute, well-equipped house near Massengale, East Beach, and multiple restaurants. This is our second stay, and it is a great home base for activities around the island. I walked to the beach every morning. The house was spacious for three adults and one child. Highly recommend.

We loved staying here! Plenty of room for our family of 6. The pool was used everyday even when the high one day was only 48 degrees! Location is great. We want to return next year!

The house is comfortable and adorable. The forth bedroom is off the main bedroom, meaning you can only get to it by going thru the main bedroom. there are curtains to separate the two rooms, no door. It would be great for a child. Not truly a four bedroom, but a 3 bedroom .We loved the location and the kitchen is small, but well appointed.The pool is lovely and the extra amenity of beach towels and chairs was wonderful.We would definitely rent it again!

Wonderful place to stay. The house was spacious and very well-equipped with lots of kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and pool floats. We enjoyed being able to come back daily to the heated pool. It was easy to walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend.

A charming cottage and in such a convenient location. We totally enjoyed the pool even on chilly days . Our only surprise was that one of the twin bedrooms was assessed from the king room , so be aware of that . I would totally recommend this rental

Easy communication with the host. The pool was great for the family. The house is dated but bedrooms are comfortable and kitchen is updated. Each room had a functioning TV. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms are dated but worked fine. Great location and proximity to the beach.

The house had a great location near good restaurants, the beach, and about a mile walk to the shops and pier. The pool was a great additon and the owner was always responsive to messages. Would stay here again.

Cute Cottage
The cottage was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Love the pool area and pool. Beach was close by as well as several good restaurants.

The cottage is comfortable and adorable! It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was so fun and easy being a short walk to great restaurants and shops. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Overall, the property was very nice, kitchen was very small, the stove panel on the bottom, kept falling off, by day two we had no toilet paper. There was seven of us. We had to go to the store, but other than that, everything was fine thank you

We’re glad he had a good time. We supply two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, but beyond that, guess our responsible for purchasing their own. Sorry about the stove, this is the first we’re hearing of it, and we will look into it.

Cozy cottage
Very comfortable cottage. It has vintage character with updated amenities in kitchen. Nice to also have access to the pool.

This is the quintessential beach cottage. So cute and cozy. Kitchen is updated and well-appointed. The heated saltwater pool absolutely amazing!Down side might be the living room furniture which needs an upgrade and the bathroom could use an update.Might have been the most comfortable bed I ever slept in though! Communication and check in were easy.

Wonderful house in a great location
We rented this home for a group of friends and it was perfect for our trip. We loved having a pool at the house, and the location was a short walk to the beach and to some great restaurants. Very clean and cute cottage! We hope to return!

Stella’s was very clean, cozy and comfy. We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is in a nice location. We walked to Crab Daddy’s for dinner on our first evening. The food was great! It was also nice to be able to take a warm swim in the pool as it was a little too chilly to get in the ocean. We had a couple of questions during our stay and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely recommend.

This sweet bungalow takes you back in time. It is unique and charming. It has all you need for the pool and for going to the beach. There is a washer and dryer, plenty of towels, tv’s everywhere, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. A short walk to restaurants and the beach, Stella’s Hideaway makes it easy to relax and enjoy St Simons.
