We enjoyed our time at your home. Not the best for seniors with all six of us being 80 and above. Host was very helpful and friendly. Furnished with everything you needed. Steps was a challenge and king bed was a challenge as it was 3 ft high but very comfortable.Great location. We have checked out.

I stayed here for a short off season stay with my grandma, mother, and my 14lb chiweenie. It was an incredible stay, this property is so well designed. We’re talking comfortable beds, multiple hangout spots, a well stocked kitchen, and a hot tub to top it off. I can imagine that this would be perfect great for a larger group, but it was pure luxury for the 3.5 of us. The primary bedroom has a walk in shower that was perfect for my grandma with limited mobility, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a property that will accommodate seniors. It wouldn’t work for primarily wheelchair users though. Overall we had a fantastic time and if we come back anytime soon we will absolutely rebook

This home has plenty of room to spare and is well organized. The kitchen is well equipped, the neighborhood is lovely, furnishings very comfortable. I would stay here again in a flash.

Our second booking at Dolphins Leap for the month and the home is just like we remembered. Thank you Jennifer for sharing your home. Clean, bright, beautiful. We stayed here for 7 enjoyable weeks. The house is beautiful, spacious, attractively decorated and well cared for. Jennifer was responsive, helpful and friendly. It’s a lush, interesting neighborhood and we walked many miles through it with our dog. SSI has many beautiful beaches, historic sites and fantastic restaurants. A perfect place to hide from the winter up north!

Hands down wonderful property in every way! Loved having bikes to ride in the neighborhood with family! Also, the hot tub and screened porch area were a haven. We loved how there were various hang out areas so we could be together or have quiet times with a cup of coffee and devotional time in the mornings and the kitchen table was perfect for our Phase 10 game! Everything was comfy and well equipped. I especially loved the follow up with our host, Jennifer, a gem - she made us feel welcomed and was readily available at all times. We miss the house already and long to return.

Great experience staying at this property for our family vacation. The house was more than enough room for our family of 4 and dog. It was well stocked and had a lot of amenities which were perfect for us to hang out there when not doing other activities. Having a fenced-in yard was great for the dog as well. The host communicated clearly and everything was easy and straightforward. Also, the check-in process went smoothly and we had no issues throughout the trip. There are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby and it's only about a 30 minute drive to Jekyll Island. We'd definitely recommend this house to others looking to stay in the area.

Dolphin’s Leap was the perfect spot to welcome our adult children from various places to meet for the Thanksgiving holiday. We enjoyed the hot tub, bikes, and close proximity to local attractions. Easy check in and check out. Great communication with host. 10 out of 10!

Beautiful quiet getaway

The property was beautiful in a charming neighborhood. The owner was very attentive and left a list of suggestions to make our stay memorable. The cleanliness was outstanding and we really felt right at home.

Great accommodations

Jennifer has thought of everything - bicycles, cooler, beach chairs and even toys for your pets. The home is spacious and clean. Would definitely come again.

This home has so much character and is in such a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. It also included so many useful things for the house, as well as for the beach. We had a few hiccups during our stay, but the host was extremely gracious and quick to respond in order to find resolutions to help us. Overall, we had a great stay at this lovely home.

Family vacay

The house was extremely well stocked for all our necessities and more. The neighborhood was quiet and close to all of our sightseeing locations. The fenced in yard was excellent for our dogs to run and play. Enjoyable time! I would highly recommend for large families!

Girls Trip to SSI

This home beat all expectations!! Spacious, clean, and located centrally to everything on the island. We very much enjoyed coffee and reading on the two enclosed decks and walk around the beautiful neighborhood looking at the marsh. We look forward to our return visit.

Beautiful house, lovely quiet neighborhood and very pet friendly. Host was very available and flexible when we had to change plans. Our dog loved the yard and walking the neighborhood. We definitely plan to be back in future years.

I'm a real estate broker, a wife & a dog mom, and I have a real obsession with travel. Our vacation rental career began with a small condo on St Simons Island in 2019 that we were just playing around with. That endeavor evolved into this wonderful HOME in Sea Palms Golf Resort that we introduced in the fall of 2022 as a unique & special getaway (because our family likes to travel together), and then, in July of 2025, we added an adorable south island condo to our portfolio. So far, I haven't found anything more fun in my life than hosting guests. Both of our properties are designed to be comfortable, super duper cute, fully equipped, and we are excited to host and introduce families to our beloved island.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

it's utterly charming. perfectly located mid island to enjoy all the island's amenities from the beach to Fort Frederica, and the neighborhood is so quiet and elegant. If golf is your thing, the clubhouse is a few blocks from our place. It's a great neighborhood for walking, and we fenced the yard to accommodate furry family members to. I LOVED the ocean forest view behind our house with it's spanish moss hanging on century-old trees. I LOVED the rear screened-porch. I think it's my favorite place on earth! We liked the spaciousness of the floor plan and the fact that it's all one-level. It's really nicely equipped and we had a ball furnishing it from scratch, so every single thing in the house was hand-selected for this property.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

I think it's the spaciousness of it. We have the HUGE living room next to the kitchen that accommodates family game & movie nights very very well. And then we have the sunroom, with the double day bed & the cute twin, which sleeps a family comfortably, but also provides a second gathering space. The split floor plan is convenient. Having a sizeable laundry room is a necessary convenience, and then having the garage to store the bikes and beach gear is really really nice. But honestly, it's the land and the vibe that is special, in my opinion. Every single native plant is exhibited on our lot. The birds, the critters, the chirping and the native singing make it just wonderful to be on the back patio. We love to cook out there, soak in the hottub, occassionally drag a tv out there, read a good book, and just BE on the island in this space.
