Excellent location for direct access to the beach with a beautiful view of the gulf. Very nice pool and.the tiki bar was a nice extra. Close to several restaurant choices. Only con was mattress in main bedroom and pots and pans both should be replaced. But for the price and location, still would recommend.

The condo was perfect. Steps from the beach and a wonderful view. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was as described. Very clean, everything we needed. The view was excellent. Loved the closeness to the beach. Even with the rain, we were able to get plenty of ocean time. Loved the closeness to John’s Pass and some very good restaurants nearby- as we didn’t have a car. We left wishing we could have stayed longer, and would definitely consider staying again!

Amazing place!

We stayed for 5 nights with our 9 year son. The place was very clean, comfortable and had everything we could have needed. Sitting on the patio watching dolphins was a highlight. The beach is gorgeous, area felt very safe. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Description of condo, grounds accurate! Clean! Right on the beach! Great view from rooms! Condo has plenty of beach towels, beach chairs We loved this area and would stay here again!

1st time guests

This small resort did not disappoint , our room was nice, the Cafe offered good food and great drinks at the bar. The only downside was renting beach chairs snd umbrellas during the stay, it can get a bit expensive. The visit to the shake shack was an absolute treat!! The most delicious soft serve ice cream 🍦. Overall a wonderful stay.

Excellent location!

The condo was fantastic for our family vacation. The location was great. There was easy access to many places we visited. The balcony with views of the ocean was perfect for a beach vacation.

Cute Condo!! Steps from the beach & you could watch the sunset from the balcony. The AC stopped working & the condo got to 80 degrees. They had someone out to fix it in 20 minutes.

5/5 – Excellent Stay!We had a wonderful experience at this property! Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and friendly from start to finish. The place itself was exactly as described (if not better!)—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. An all-around fantastic stay. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!
