Honestly, the best place I have stayed so far. Place was nice, clean, and she communicated very well. Going to stay there a bunch of more times thankfully, for giving us the opportunity for bike week. Definitely, look forward seeing you next year.

Over all was a good stay .. need to have a better cleaning staff things were left a little dirty (sand on the floor and under the beds) (cigarette butts all over the patio was kind of nasty)

Amazing view. Plenty of space. Beach and pools are great. Restaurant food convenient but expensive and not spectacular. Some moldy spots on the ceiling in master bath. Soap dispensers had watered down soap. Pigeons sleep on balcony. I may have screamed the first time I saw them.

We had a wonderful experience on our trip to PBC. The property was excellent for our group. Everyone was very happy with the condo and the location was breathtaking. Quick access to the beach, pools, and entertainment. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend staying here, we next trip!

The check in process was easy. The condo was clean and ready for our family. Beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The kids loved all the pools and hot tubs. We would 100% go back.

How beautiful was this condo!!! It was a peaceful trip with family. We had our children with us and it was so wonderful and accommodating. I have saved this condo on my favorites. The host was wonderful as well. Thankyou so much for such a lovely experience! I hope to visit again very soon!

I stayed here with my husband and 2 teenagers. We had the best time! The primary bedroom has gorgeous views, a vanity area, a large soaking tub, and a shower. The kids had their own bathroom to share. Location was perfect - literally right on the beach, and includes beach chairs. We saw dolphins within the first 5 minutes we arrived from the balcony. Walking distance to plenty of food and attractions. I would definitely visit again.

This condo had the best views at sunset. Conveniently located to many activities, restaurants & shops. Some of our favorites were Dee’s Hangout for dinner, the Pink Pelican for ice cream & Good Jibez Dolphin tour. There’s something for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect and made getting around very easy. Jan was very responsive, kind, and helpful from start to finish. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing spring break!!! Our family of 7 (including 4 young children) stayed for the week at the end of March/early April 2026. The condo has the perfect view of the ocean and beach! The master suite is so roomy and made it feel like our own suite away from it all. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer were much appreciated! The H20 cafe at the resort has yummy food and drinks and most of the other restaurants and ice cream are all walking distance. Walmart is just down the road if you need to grab groceries or other items. There is also a Starbucks on site at the resort! The indoor pools are heated which is really nice. We absolutely loved this trip and will be back! Highly recommend!

My first upset was to find out that we had to pay for parking when in the paperwork sent to us by Jan says that the parking pass would be in the room. Not that big of a deal but an added 40 per car charge. I did reached out to Jan to ask if we could get an early check in and to find out about how we would get our complementary beach service chairs and umbrella. She was very quick to respond and gave us a 1:00 check in which was wonderful! Unfortunately she informed me that the condo didn’t allow owners to purchase beach service anymore and that we had to get that on our own. I was very disappointed as that was one big plus to renting the room for me. The beach service is 65 per day. That was an added 325 extra for my stay. We arrived to the room which it was right off of the elevator which was nice but the door looks beat up and could use a major paint job. This is not a very good first impression. We got into the room with easy keypad access. The room was very narrow. One of the bedroom TV is positioned on the wall across from the bed making it hard to watch TV. The living room is very small. The master bedroom is the largest room in the condo. The master bathroom has black mold looking stains all over the ceiling. We were also very disappointed to find that there was no spare sheets for the couch pull out. It took until the next day to get them. The patio was not as it appeared in the photos. The cushions was not cushioned at all! Overall, would not stay here again.

Regarding the beach chair service, I’m very sorry for the confusion and disappointment. Unfortunately, this is outside the owner’s control, as availability is limited for the chairs that could be purchased by owners on an annual basis. I also communicated this to you shortly after your reservation and again before your check-in date. I understand how frustrating this must have been, and I sincerely apologize that it affected your experience. Thank you again for your feedback.

The place was lovely with fantastic views of the ocean and beach! It was close and convenient to lots of things to do. We had a lovely time overall and will happily return!

Amazing condo! Perfectly located, easily accessible amenities, clean, and well stocked. Plenty of bedding, Beach toys, fully stocked kitchen! Owner was friendly and helpful.

This condo is the best! Jan (host) was very responsive and made sure check in was seamless, including getting us an earlier check in time. It was very clean when we arrived. I enjoyed the large kitchen and the island bar for extra counter space. I REALLY loved having an entire laundry room that housed full size washer and dryer, and tons of cabinet space! We traveled with a large group spread across 5 condos, and no other condo had this luxury! In fact, one condo had a stacked mini washer/dryer combo INSIDE one of the bedroom closets! All bedrooms had nice dressers that offered plenty of drawer space. Both 'guest bedrooms' had nice, comfy queen beds. The master bedroom was HUGE with tons of storage space and a futon/couch! So much drawer space via the huge dresser and 2 nightstands. The bathroom was beautiful, offering double sinks and tons of cabinets. The walk in closet was very spacious. I loved having a jacuzzi tub separate from the large glass walk in shower. I truly loved the extra vanity area which offered even more cabinet space and room to get ready! The condo also provided extra fans, air mattresses, games, books, beach chairs and sand toys! Truly very happy with this condo and we will be back!
