It was the most incredible VRBO we have ever rented. The home is perfect and has every possible need addressed. The view looking out on the water can’t be beat. We will 100% be returning-hopefully at a time when we have more clear skies.

This trip was my second time staying at Tracey’s home with my wife. Both times were fantastic, with Tracey being a great host. Most of all, the home itself and area are one of our favorite places to visit. It is so peaceful and full of wonderful sites to see. We will for sure be back again for a third time at some point.

The house was very clean with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The back sitting areas overlooking the water were amazing. All kinds of wildlife can be seen from that area. It is located within reasonable distances to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Will stay again if ever in the area again.

Everything was just as described and all the pictures were exactly as the property looks. We saw a bald eagle across the bay taking branches to the trees to build its nest. The reversing falls were so fascinating to watch during the changing tides. We highly recommend this property. Tracy was very responsive to all our questions. The location is great for accessing many points of interest.

The property is in a great location and very clean. I saw several deer when I first arrived. The kitchen has everything you need and is well stocked with spices, cookware and utensils. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.The property is about 25 minutes from the Arcadia Gateway Center where you can park and catch a shuttle to the National Park to avoid the traffic. It is a very nice property and I recommend it for anyone wanting to relax and/or explore the area.

Tidal Ledge is a true gem of a place to stay for many reasons. There's so much to see and do -- Acadia and Bar Harbor, Hancock, Ellsworth, Blue Hill, and further Down East or Way Down East (all the way to Lubec and a quick jump into Campobello International Park in Canada). Tracey is an excellent host. She responded immediately to all of our questions, and she cares a lot about providing for a wonderful experience. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, and we were comfortable and cozy. We'll be back for for sure!!

Incredible, perfect, and peaceful cottage! Has everything you could need for an Acadia vacation and was spotless. Loved having all the gear in the cottage for a full & authentic Maine Lobster boil.

The Oceanside cottage was absolutely beautiful inside and outside. My husband and I stayed for a week and had a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The cottage was extraordinarily clean and well stocked with high-end linens and towels, as well as all the kitchen equipment we needed to cook most meals at home. We even steamed lobsters one night (a first for us) and frequently enjoyed fresh oysters. Our host was very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Stayed four nights and had an awesome time. Great location on the water! Enjoyed roasting s’mores on the fire pit and star gazing. Kitchen is fully furnished with any and all utensil you could ask for. Enjoyed a nice meal at Ironbound and took in Arcadia NP.

The views of the water and tree colors were spectacular. Location was close to many good restaurants and not far from Bar Harbor and Acadia Park. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We look forward to planning our return .

Wonderful home, highly recommend.The host was incredibly inviting and easy to communicate with from the start, when we booked, till the end of our stay.The house is absolutely beautiful. Modern and very clean. Comfortable beds and plenty of water pressure. Every detail and amenity is well thought out and includes everything you need. A peaceful get away from the chaos of the high traffic areas.Best part of the home is the deck and view of the water. The backyard is very private and has a great view of the Tidal Falls. A lot of wildlife including seals to watch. Sitting in the deck chairs was a highlight of our trip.The location was ideal to hit all our day trips. Easy drive into Bar Harbor and Acadia, or head the other direction to Schoodic Point and up the coast to Quoddy Head Lighthouse. Ellsworth is also convenient for groceries and dining.Wish we didn’t have to leave, hopefully we’ll be back some day.

Wonderful place

Great place to stay to operate out of to visit Acadia National Park...if I had time you would not have enough space for this review...but suffice it to say there is little you could do to make this place any better...and the Tidal Falls was a bonus...wonderful place to stay

Talk about a total gem!! If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay with incredible views and wildlife, then this is the place to stay. The reversing falls are fascinating to watch, the layout of the house and views from inside are perfect, and the host was extremely helpful. We have found a new favorite place to visit!

Private and Peaceful Getaway

This property was by far one of the cleanest well stocked places we have ever stayed through VRBO! It was EXACTLY as pictured and described in all the photos. The setting is so beautiful and peaceful, and we really appreciated being away from the crowds in Bar Harbor and Acadia at the end of each day after hiking and sightseeing at both these places.

This cottage is absolutely delightful! The views are simply stunning, both from the deck and from inside. The outdoor seating areas are wonderful for reading, conversation and simply chilling! The beds were very comfortable with comfy linens. The host left us a lovely welcome bag and she was very thoughtful in her communication. We found some great restaurants, most especially Union River Lobster. We highly recommend this VRBO.

The views were incredible, unique and everything we hoped for!Not a speck of dirt to be found in the cabin - plenty spacious for 4 adults. The pictures actually didn't do justice to the loving care evident in this property.The kitchen is a chef's dream!!
