Beautiful clean stay

This house was amazing and the owner was super responsive for any questions. Great location close to the beach. Updated appliances, super clean house. I highly recommend this house.

Perfect stay for our small family!

The house was perfect for our little family of 4. The location is a very short walk to the beach - the public beach access was directly across the street and there’s a flashing cross walk for assistance. We didn’t lack anything in the house what so ever and the neighborhood was nice and quiet! The only complaint we had is that the beds were not comfortable at all… even my kids noticed. Other than that, we had a fabulous stay and it made for a great trip!

Great place. Cleanliness was great. Overall, we were pleased with the property. I didn't give 5 stars due to the "drive by's" and the feeling of being "rushed" to check out. During our stay, there was a vehicle that rode by the property, slowed down and honked the horn at us. This happened several times over the weekend. Assuming it was the owner, we understood, to a point, checking on the property, but not the frequency and the way it was done.Check out was 10am, yet there was a person parked under the carport at 830am just sitting there. Assuming it was the cleaning detail, we understood, to a point, of wanting to get in asap and work, but it made us extremely uncomfortable, unwanted, and pressured to check out early-which we did. For that, we will not return to an Evolve property.

From the owner: " I’m glad you enjoyed the home and found it clean and comfortable. I can assure you the 'drive-bys' you mentioned weren’t from me or anyone affiliated with the property. There’s a small public parking area nearby, so it’s likely someone is looking for a parking place or related to normal vehicle or pedestrian traffic. I completely understand how the early arrival of the cleaning crew could feel intrusive; I’ve spoken with them to ensure future guests aren’t disturbed before check-out time. I appreciate you sharing this feedback so we can keep improving the experience for every stay."
