Private home overlooking the bay! Property has a pier for fishing, wildlife viewing, and taking in the sunsets. Amazing views from the covered porch. Peaceful location on Ft. Morgan peninsula away from the crowds. Property features 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Inside, guests will find everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is equipped with appliances and basic cookware. Downstairs there is a private outdoor dining porch and utility bathroom. Closest public beach access point is approximately 2 miles away.

This property is located approximately 12 miles west of Hwy 59 on AL HWY 180 in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.

* Amenities include free WiFi, 2 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor covered porch, ground level dining porch, utility bathroom, charcoal grill, fishing/sunset pier.

* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.

* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, 1 starter roll of toilet paper/paper towels, and travel-sized soap in bathroom.

* Must be at least 25 years old to book.

* Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)

We had a great stay.This place was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The A/C kept the house at a very comfortable temperature throughout our stay, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. We would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Awesome location. Close to all the fun but far enough away for peace and quiet. Also got to see a crocodile and a dolphin off the dock!!!!! We will be back!

I stay here a lot and every time the room is clean and up to par. It's in a great location away from the madness of gulf shores. It also has an incredible view, I recommend it all the time!

Property was perfect and as described in the listing! House was clean and cozy.Exactly what my wife and I were looking for, for our week long honeymoon. Location was great, close to everything we had planned for the week, with an added bit of privacy when we came back to the house. We both loved our stay here and would absolutely come back!

The front window was partially busted out and they put packing tape on it to keep it together, they didn’t clean the glass up good and I ended up with glass in my foot. The bathtub bottom was scrapped up and looked like crap. The park bench on the dock had a bunch of loose nails and poked my wife several times. There was an ant trap left in the window seal and a dirty wash cloth in the front window ledge. The worst place that I’ve ever stay and definitely do not recommend it.

Fishing Trip

I have stayed at this property numerous times and have all ways enjoyed it. It's a perfect private getaway with a great view of the bay.

Trip was planned to see fort Morgan with granddaughters. Cottage was perfect close to our destination. Sassy bass pizza was right down the road . Great pizza. Dollar general right down the road for other groceries. Fort Morgan beach was close by too enjoyed our day there to. Next time hope to fish from the dock . Quiet area

We have been vacationing in the area for years, and have stayed at this property for 2 years now. It is a cozy, quiet, and clean property, with the absolute best private dock to enjoy the bay, do some fishing, birdwatch, dolphin watch, or sunbathe! I'm devastated that our kiddos have gotten too old to stay on the pullout couches and we will have to stay at a property with a second bedroom next time we come down as a family, but my husbamd and I plan on staying at this property again on kid free trips!

Great Stay

Great location. The dock was perfect for fishing or just relaxing on the water. Only con is all the steps to the top unit but we knew that when we rented. Great view when you get up there just pack light
