Peaceful Mother's Day

Took the family here for a quick Mother's day weekend trip. Plenty of sleeping room, comfortable living spaces, and views are hard to beat!

Mountain Views

Great cabin, in a great area!! So many things to do in the area. Views from the cabin are wonderful, and it was so relaxing to sit on the deck surrounded by nature. Property was exactly as described, check-in & out was easy. Looking forward to returning next year!!

The house was beautiful and felt new. There are three floors which allowed for my family of 5 to spread out. The views were spectacular. We especially loved the sunrises and the summer afternoon rains. The proximity to Cripple Creek was a big selling point for us. Overall, I highly recommend this cabin.

Breathtaking views and the peaceful, private location were exactly what we needed! We really loved this property and would happily stay here again. It was quiet, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space. The mountain views and porch swing were highlights, and we enjoyed relaxing at the property, playing board games, and cooking in the lovely kitchen. The nearby grocery store was convenient, and the location made day trips to Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak, and Royal Gorge easy.We did encounter a few challenges during our stay. We lost access to water for the final 12 or so hours, which made checkout particularly difficult. We also noticed what appeared to be mold on the main bathroom ceiling, along with a few other maintenance needs. We were also surprised to learn that an additional 50 damage waiver was required, despite already purchasing protection through Vrbo. This requirement wasn't disclosed on the listing when we booked. The host ultimately refunded the 50 fee, as well as approximately 14% of our total 4-night stay cost to address the issues we experienced.Despite these issues, we truly enjoyed the property's features. The host was responsive and made an effort to resolve the problems. We hope to return!

Mountain Hideaway with Family Fun

Our family had a fantastic stay at this secluded Rocky Mountain retreat! The stunning mountain and valley views from the porch set the perfect backdrop, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the foosball table and board games in the cozy loft and finished basement. My wife and I savored peaceful mornings with coffee while soaking in the scenery. The home was spotless and wonderfully private—if you’re craving an escape from tourist crowds and everyday bustle, this is the place. We highly recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Cozy cabin with gorgeous views!

The stay was amazing! Breathtaking views! The place is very quiet and peaceful. Very clean and cozy! It was equipped everything we needed. The kids loved the upstairs loft. I can go on with how we loved and enjoyed our stay! Lol Will definitely be coming back!
