Kaunis talo Bay Tree Lake, 2100sf kanssa 4BR / 3BA (mukaan lukien Bunkroom että nukkuu 6.) Talo nukkuu yhteensä 12! Oma kannelle kylpytynnyri, oma laituri ja venevaja veneen nosto. Holvikatto perhehuone, keittiö graniitti laskurit, SS laitteet, syödä baari ja ruokapöydän 8. Makuuhuone alakerrassa, jossa king-vuode, Master kylpyhuone pysyvän laatta suihku ja puutarha kylpyamme. Pyykin kaappiin w / d, 2 ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta alakerrassa, yksi makuuhuoneessa on queen toinen makuuhuoneessa on 1 Full sänky on kylpyhuone. Perhehuoneessa on vuodesohva ja Bunkroom nukkuu 6. TV perhehuoneessa. Valtava kannelle Hot Tub, hiiligrilli kuuluvat kuistilla ja patio istuimet. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet. Edessä kuistilla swing ja keinutuolit. Pier johtaa Boat House kanssa kannella ja veneen nosto, tuo vene, vesiskootterit, kajakki ja SUP. Vuokra-asiakkaana on 1 asunto alhaalta koripallokentältä, tenniskentältä, lentopallo netistä, leikkikentältä ja hiekkarannalta. Elintarvikkeita, ostokset ja ravintolat ovat 10-20 minuutin päässä. Päiväretkiä rantaa- Carolina Beach ja Sunset Beach ovat alle 60 minuutin päässä ja Myrtle Beach on noin 1 1/2 tunnin päässä.

Wonderful

We are so happy to have been able to vacation in this home! The pictures don’t do it justice.. the home and property is beautiful. We played in the water all week and it felt like we had the lake to ourselves. It’s a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The pier that belongs to the property is so enjoyable.. 2 swings, a picnic table, a long bench, hammock and lounge chairs. You couldn’t ask for a better vacation!

This property was wonderful! The views from the porches where quiet and relaxing. Aliena was very responsive. The property slept all in party comfortable. Only thing....Didn't know we had to supply tp and paper towels. Or....make our beds. Other than that. It was fantastic!! Would for sure stay again!!

Relaxing and Fun Location

The house is the perfect size for our family of 12. Very comfortable and relaxing. Lots of things available for activities like games, kayaks, boogie boards, sports balls and more. Lake is fun to fish and swim in. And the local town is cute and has everything needed for a quite lake getaway. The owner is wonderful to communicate with. Very responsive and addresses questions quickly. This was our second time at this location and it didnt disappoint. Thank you

Lovely home on the lake. Bicycles were not usable but lots of lake floats and chair cushions for relaxing. This was our 3rd time at the house and is one of our favorites. We love being able to use the boat launch area but disappointed that the boat lift at the property is still not working. We had to take the boat out of the water during stormy weather. It would also be nice to have an extra gate key to avoid having to leave someone behind when others went out in separate vehicles.

Right on the lake

The house is much more beautiful than the pictures show. It is so clean, smells wonderful, and decorated tastefully. The rooms are so big and open. There was 5 in my family, my husband and myself and 3 kids ages 18-20. We all loved it. The kids slept upstairs and loved it. They could hang out and play games or watch TV late into the night. Aliana has the home stocked with everything you need in kitchen. There was floats, noodles, life vests, and bikes to use in the garage. The pier was wonderful. We laid out on the sun on the lounge chairs on the dock, fished. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Great stay!

This was the perfect end of summer get away. The house had everything we needed for our couple day stay. We brought our own paddle boards, but there was plenty of also plenty of outdoor equipment. I was very worried about a tropical storm that hit a day or two before our stay, but the host was great at communicating conditions and being understanding of our unknown arrival times. The lake and views are fantastic!

Everything was wonderful

Heaven on the lake

The views were gorgeous, the water was warm and deep enough for the kids to have a blast. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with every dish, pot, pan you could possibly need to make meals. Close enough to White lake and Elizabethtown to go adventure but honestly we spent 90% of our time at the house enjoying the water. The owner was super responsive with issues I had (locked myself out on day one!). Overall a great experience.

Bay Tree Gem

This vrbo home is a true gem. Home offered games, floats, sups, kayaks and so much more for the children and adults. Owner and property manager are excellent to work with, very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked for our party of 9. Plenty of linens and towels. Don't miss out, you will be pleased with the clear shallow water of Bay Tree Lake.

Lake House Fun

This was our 2nd time staying at this home and it is a great place to stay for summer fun. Shallow lake is perfect for small children at the beach. The boat dock is great for bringing a boat with you however, the boat lift needs to be repaired. A few small maintenance items need attention but over-all the house met all of our needs. It was nice to see the new tennis court improvements that is ready for tennis and pickleball.

Best trip ever!!!!

We usually go to the beach for our annual summer trip but we decided try the lake. This place was the best decision EVER!!! The house had everything , the property was beautiful and peaceful, the pier was private and peaceful, the views from inside and outside were priceless!! The neighborhood was beautiful and everyone you passed or met was so friendly!!The owner had everything you would need for inside and outside. Paddle boards and kayaks were a hit. She made check-in so easy and I complicated things by not being prepared when I arrived but she quickly responded.😁 We hope to return year after year. Again, it was THE PEEFECT PLACE!!!!!

Quiet peaceful relaxing

Loved it, however the just for an FYI the hot tub isn’t functional and should be taken off accommodations. Also there are no correct paddles for the kayaks so that be known. If I had known I would have brought my own paddles.

Peaceful!

The lake by far was a hit with the grandchildren even though they were Leary about getting in at first and then we read the information about the lake with the tannin in it and it’s depth. They enjoyed fishing from the pier, kayaking, and anything water related. We flew our kites and blew bubbles in the wind with our six year old granddaughter. The place was close enough to go to Wrightsville Beach and the waterpark at White Lake. It was not only a beautiful place to relax but offered many opportunities for our family.

Birthday celebration

We stayed at Bay Tree Lake to celebrate our Nanaw's 100th birthday. We have family who live at BayTree, which is a private retirement community in eastern North Carolina. The home was very clean and just two houses down from the clubhouse, where the celebration took place. We were very busy with the celebration and were not able to take advantage of the lake. However, my daughter and her boyfriend spent the two evenings we were there at the end of the dock and enjoyed it very much. The host provided key access so that we could come and go from the gated community. With many family coming in for the weekend, we were very fortunate to find a beautiful home so near to the events.
