Beautiful property

The complex and unit are as beautiful, well equipped, convenient and comfortable as described on the VRBO site. We were 5 in our party and there was more than enough room for us all to feel comfortable. Our ground floor unit in building D was conveniently located to the pool, bbq area and beach. Everything was clean and was in great working order. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family

Excellent vacation property

Villa 115 was a perfect match for two couples to enjoy an 8-day vacation in Hawaii. The property was very clean and conveniently located near the beach and the Turtle Bay resort. Vince and Gina Liotta were superb hosts and provided all of the information necessary to enjoy our stay at their property.

Loved this condo, the owner was very attentive to our needs as well. We especially appreciated the sound proof walls as wee had 3 generations staying together but once we closed the bedroom doors no one heard a thing!

Location, Location, Location

The location was perfect! You were able to use all the amenities of the hotel with just a short walk and it was very private. This condo was an end unit which made it very nice and less noisy. We had a wonderful stay there with our family and would come again!

Family vacation with littles

Great location especially for families with little ones. It was on the ground floor so no need for stairs or elevators. It was also super close to the pool, which was convenient for my toddler. The property manager was responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. Would definitely stay again in the future!

This property needs some real attention and TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, especially with young children since it’s on the ground floor. However, it needs attention, this property looks worn down, from the front door, to the patio furniture, the loose and broken stones on the patio flooring, the dirty patio, and other details that should have been taken care of before arrival, to include broken beach umbrella, unusable ice chest due to black mold, a refrigerator that leaks, very poor quality kitchen knives, and a lack of wine glasses. We also had to call and get new spices as many of them were empty. Just felt like a lot of little things and again, worn out.

Great place and worth the price

We live in town, but stayed here for the weekend to be close to my daughter's wedding location. This place is amazing! I don't think the pictures do this place justice. The place is an end unit and it was very clean, spacious and quiet. Great place for famlies. If you have little ones, they have a pack 'n play and high chair in the closet and sippy cups in the cabinet. The pool is right outside the lanai and the beach is just a few steps away. We were so impressed with this unit and are considering this place for future staycations. They were quick to respond to my questions and were easy to deal with. This place is highly recommended and exceeded our expectations.

Just one thing.. the dish washer wasn’t working properly and someone already posted it in early March about it and we thought it would have been fixed by the time we went but it still wasn’t working properly. Other than that, it was a great relaxing getaway!!!

5 Stars Beautiful Relaxing Exceptional

Our stay started out with being able to check in early because we arrived earlier than expected and needed a place to lay down due to medical issues. The villa was so clean and immediately felt at home as soon as we walked in. It is so comfortable and clean. The beds are super comfortable and sheets are really soft. Everything you can think of in a kitchen is available at the villa to cook if you want. There is snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas to accommodate all in your party. Being able to go out on excursions and come back to such a nice relaxing environment, pool, and jacuzzi each day was so lovely. Having access to the hotel accommodations on top of all of Gina, Jennifer, especially Hagan and the rest of the staff at the Turtle Bay Villa's exceptional hospitality just added to their top level experience that they provide. Thanks so so much for such a great time. We will be back soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our family of seven as it had tons of space for the kids and grandparents to stretch out. The unit is literally 10 steps away from the pool (where we spent our evenings) and about 30 steps from the gorgeous beach. Having a walkout unit was convenient as we can come/go between the pool/beach as we pleased. We had a packed schedule for the North Shore but ended up spending more time at the resort as it was just perfect. Vince and his team was super responsive and the unit came fully-stocked with everything you need. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to spend some time in North Shore.Jason

Lovely villa for family vacation with young children

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable villa perfect for families with young children who wish proximity to a pool and beach. We enjoyed the beach access but found the pool noisy with screaming children beginning at 8 am, and the beach very crowded. We did not like the lack of privacy with the people all around and walking by our patio and bedroom window from morning till night. The villa was lovely and very comfortable and the resort was gorgeous.

Said it had ocean views but it wasn’t. However it was fine and we had a wonderful time.

Great place!

We loved this property and hope to stay again sometime. Very well equipped, and we especially appreciated all the beach equipment and the proximity to the ocean.

We enjoyed having the pool so close to our Lanai. The bars and restaurants at the Ritz were very welcoming to us. We also enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Turtle Beach is a beautiful area with nice walking trails, golf, and pickleball. Long empty beaches to walk on.

I fell in love with Hawaii on a family trip when I was seven years old. I got married at Kualoa Ranch just a short drive from the Turtle Bay Resort and bought my 3-bedroom villa in the Ocean Villas a few years later. My parents loved it there so much that they bought a 4-bedroom for our whole family to enjoy together for family vacations! We started managing the Ocean Villas for other owners in 2005 and we now manage 18 of the very small community of villas. Almost my whole family is involved now. My sister Kimberly Perales is our reservations manager, marketing and advertising lead and accounts receivable. My sister Jennifer Liotta manages routine maintenance. We also have a few non-family members: Hagen, our on-island maintenance coordinator; Lea, reservations and social media marketing, and Joanna, our on-site cleaning supervisor. The villas are a special place for us all. My parents have traveled to lots of other resorts and islands but haven't found one that compares to the magical island feel of Turtle Bay. My sister Kim and her husband have two daughters who both love the heated villa pool and the sandy beach in front of the villas. I have a 16-year-old son who has grown up surfing, paddle boarding, and playing in the waters of Turtle Bay, and I have a 7-year-old daughter who just loves the pool and sandy beach too! We take family trips out there every couple of months. Our whole family travels there together at least once a year and we have countless special memories from each trip. Our villas are home to us, and I hope they feel like home to your family and friends too!

I picked the Ocean Villas at the Turtle Bay Resort because they have the best of everything that Hawaii has to offer. The location is remote, tropical and beautiful. There are tons of fun things to do there, I leave every trip wishing I had more time. There are great restaurants and shopping on site and close-by. It has a surfing and body boarding beach on the other side of the hotel, and a calm sandy swimming and snorkeling beach right in front of the villas that is great for babies all the way to seniors. We frequently get sea lions that rest of the shore and just a short hike past the horse stables you come to a bay where I almost always see sea turtles! There are two golf courses on site, horseback riding for adults, kids and even my baby went on a fun pony ride along the beach! There is 15 miles of hiking and biking trails, 5 miles of beach, Segway rentals kayak, paddle board and surfboard rentals and lessons, multiple tennis courts, a fitness center, we are close to Haleiwa with jet skiing, fishing tours, whale, turtle and dolphin tours, close to Kualoa Ranch, location for about 50 different movies, a historical WWII site with bunkers you can walk through, and an ancient historical burial site for the kings. You can go on challenging or easy mountain bike rides, ATV rides, horseback rides and jeep tours there. There is a cute macadamia nut farm close by and Dole pineapple plantation not too far away with the largest maze that you can walk/run through! Waterfall hikes and more! Outside of the location and amenities, I loved the villas themselves. They are five-star accommodations, meticulously designed with attention to detail.

Our villas are a second home to us, and we added all the comforts of home to them. We have a large storage room on site with extras of just about everything in the villa, from silverware, dishes, and coffee makers to a spare washer and dryer, so that if anything happens during your stay, we can get it fixed or replaced right away for you. Everything we use is high quality from the soft sheets to the silverware. Your comfort is important to us! You can have cleanings, towel service, or pre-stock of the villa before arrival for a fee. Our villas are located on the Turtle Bay Resort, so you have the added benefit of being in walking distance to restaurants, a couple shops, and tons of activities, but you don’t have to pay a resort fee!
