Täysin remontoitu ja uskomattoman puhdas! Päivän jälkeen tutkittua voit palata kotiisi poissa kotoa. 1 makuuhuoneen / 1 kylpyhuonemökillämme on kaikki tarvitsemasi pakoon.

Astu porttiin omaan täysin aidattuun ja hiljattain maisemoituun pihallemme, ja siihen kuuluu patio, puutarha, matalajännitevalaistus, ulkokäyttöinen kaasugrilli ja kaasulämmitin. Et halua lähteä!

Savunilmaisimet ja hiilimonoksidianturit on kytketty johdotuksella turvallisuutesi vuoksi.

Mökkiimme pääsee helposti ja vain muutaman korttelin eteläpuolella moottoritieltä 24. Kätevästi lähellä Colorado Springsin keskustaa, 4 korttelin päässä itään Colorado Springsistä ja 4 km: n päässä Manitou Springsistä. Alle kilometrin päässä löydät päivittäistavaroita, apteekin, kaasun ja ostosmahdollisuuksia.

Sweet little cottage

We stayed at the property during our honeymoon in Colorado Springs. We chose the location because it was close to most of the places we wanted to go. It was easy access and we loved the location! We enjoyed the patio for dining and used the firepit a couple of nights (it was 90 degrees most days or we would have used it more!).

Fun visit, a homey place to come back to at the end of the day

We had a great time staying for 3 nights at the cottage while visiting friends, Manitou Springs and the Olympic Museum, and riding bikes and the cog railway. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The cottage looks just like the photos and was very well equipped throughout the unit. I would suggest adding a few items in the kitchen (dish drainer for sink, wine glasses, a recycle bin, pencil sharpener for the pencils included with the note paper, an acrylic/plastic cutting board instead of wood for food safety, a pair of scissors), batteries for the clock in the living room and curtain pullback hardware for the north windows (similar to the ones on the east side bedroom windows). Another suggestion would be to consolidate some of the kitchen items in the cabinets so that guests have some cabinet room to store shelf stable food instead of leaving it all on the countertop. All in all a fun visit, a homey place to come back to at the end of the day. Carol the owner was always very prompt and cordial in all her communications with us. Thank you!

Darling Cottage in Great location

Family Visit

Cottage was perfect for me and my pup. And the enclosed yard with firepit made for a great place to have visit with family while staying socially distanced! Perfect location in Old Colorado City.

The cottage was clean, well-lighted, private and quiet. It had everything we needed for our 3-week stay. My dog loved the yard, and we both enjoyed walking the neighborhood. I felt secure there. The owner graciously accommodated my awkward check-in timing. I would enjoy staying here again.

Good location

Great access to old town. Cheap Uber ride away from the famous garden of the gods and glen eyrie castle. Perfect for two ppl and the fire pit is a nice addition. Well maintained property that made our stay enjoyable.

The cottage was very cozy and clean. Carol provided a lot of personal touches to make it feel more like home. The location was in close proximity to the attractions in the area. We would stay again when we return to Colorado for vacation.

The property was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, safe, welcoming, well stocked with all the amenites.

This was our first trip to Colorado and the Rocky Mountain area. The stay at Ref and Carol's cottage was so welcoming to my husband and I as well as our doggies. We hope to come back again. I loved the location in Old Colorado City because after our daily adventures we had the ability to park the car at the cottage and just walk a quick 5 minutes to one of the many restaurants in the area. The gas fire place and fenced yard were added bonuses! Thanks so much!

Comfortable, convenient and charming. Love the gas fire pit. Would definately stay there again.

It rained every day but the overhang on the house provided great shelter. Was able to have a fire every night nonetheless. Comfy bed, great kitchen, totally charming.

Cozy cottage. Nice decor. It had everything we needed to come back to after all day excursions.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Loved that it was close to the things we wanted to see such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls. The local dining scene was good. Pizzeria Rustica and Edelweiss were two of our favorites.

Colorado Softball Sparkler Vacation

We loved the location of the cottage. So close to the downtown shops and restaurants. Loved Dat’s Italian and their lasagna. We had a deer walk by the cottage early one morning while we had coffee. The cottage is cutely decorated and perfect for two people. So glad it had a portable air conditioner since we were there during a heat wave. We had a great time!

The cottage was as advertised - we had quick access to downtown and the mountains- also close to one of the best dog parks in the country - It was clean and the backyard fire pit was awesome - Colorado City main street was great and found restaurants within walking distance

Safety Concerns

The house location is directly on an alley that is shared with commercial properties. Cars and transient pedestrians can easily see into the house as they pass by because there is no fence between the side of the house and the alley. Privacy is also limited because none of the window coverings are privacy coverings they are either sheers or valances. After two nights, of are scheduled six day stay, we felt so unsafe we left and checked into a hotel.

Beautiful cottage and great location.

My husband and I stayed in this cozy, completely remodeled cottage for 1 week in May for our anniversary. It has a nice fenced in yard for the dogs plus a super nice fire pit to enjoy in the evenings. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pike's Peak, many restaurants, shops and most importantly Bear Creek Dog Park. If you have a dog this is a must. The house is furnished with everything you need to be comfortable. Thank you Carol for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage with our dogs. We will be back.

This cottage was the perfect place for our trip! Perfect location !!!! We had the best bbq we have ever had at a cute little place just minutes from the cottage. The fensed in yard was ideal for our little bulldog to wander around! We were minutes away from all touristy things we wanted to do. We did everything !! The manitou incline. Garden of the gods. Seven falls. Are just some of our highlights. Great place would totally stay again !!

Absolutely loved our stay in this adorable cottage.

The cottage was perfect for us. The location in Old Colorado City is great. It is updated and wonderfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved the fenced yard and the fabulous fire pit. Plenty of room for the two of us and our two dogs. We would definitely stay again.

Very pretty cottage and great location

We stayed here Feb 1-28. This cottage is easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in Old Colorado City. Very pretty cottage and we loved the outdoor gas fire pit. Well stocked kitchen. Easy access to interstate 25.
