Villa 6 tarjoaa tilava merinÀköala olohuone, tÀysin varustettu keittiö, mukava king-vuode, tÀysin varustettu kylpyhuone suihkukaapilla, yksityinen katettu lanai ja aidattu pysÀköinti kÀtevÀsti Villa-oven eteen. Suunniteltu tuntemaan toisen kodin, tÀmÀ huvila on kÀtevÀsti mukana kaikissa matkustustasi "ylimÀÀrÀisissÀ" tarpeissa, kuten silitysrauta- ja silityslaudassa, tupperware, viinilaseja, astianpesukoneiden saippua kapseleita, rantapyyhkeitÀ ja vaatteiden kuivauslaatikko mÀrillÀ uimapuvuilla kun pelaat meressÀ kadun toisella puolella. Excellent stay. Fantastic location near town, restaurants and the beach is right across the street. Nice to have beach supplies, we used the chairs and umbrella. Comfy bed and very clean. Could use nightstands by the bed instead of the small closets. Nice setup with little bungalows, mostly had the pool to ourselves.

Great place, great location

The apartment was perfect for our stay. It was clean, spacious, modern, well decorated and had everything we needed for a week in Maui. The location was also great with a beach across the street and plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. I would definitely stay here during a future trip.

Stunning!

This place is absolutely amazing! It’s intimate and quaint and QUIET!! The location is perfect to grab groceries or walk down to grab coffee or breakfast/lunch! There is a “locals” park across the street that is always busy, but it’s the absolute perfect sunset spot! We spent quiet days lounging by the pool listening to beautiful Hawaiian music play and days venturing the beautiful island! We renewed our vows at a cute spot to the south of the park and was able to get lei’s from a local florist that knocked it out of the park! The only thing I could possibly give a small dis on was that our villa (6) had a villa above it and we heard absolutely every step they took! But they were early birds and we were night birds so we both probably drove each other nuts! Lol! All in all, it’s a beautiful property and we would definitely stay there again.

This amazing group of villas is our favorite in Maui! The facilities are clean and well taken care of. The pool is a perfect hang out after a long day out on the town. The location next to many amazing restaurants and beaches really cannot be beat. AND there is a lovely view of the ocean from the property! We will be coming back here whenever we stay in Maui.

This place holds True to what it is, amazing location right off the beach. The common spaces are great the villas are all redone and well appointed. Shahaf the property manager is awesome. The grounds are clean, pool is nice units are clean and private. You also get the use of pa blue boards, surf board and beach equipment. I will definitely be back to this place. Walkable to many local restaurants and beaches. Thanks again for the stay guys.

Great Location, Good (and improving) Suite with Air Conditioning

We loved the location of Villas by the Cove. It was just across the street from a small cove frequented by paddle boarders and a short walk to the beach. It was walking distance from many restaurants, bars and shops. The villa itself had good and bad aspects. The space was good. The flooring and the doors were nice. There is air conditioning. (We were surprised that many condos in the area do not have air conditioning.) The furniture was not nice, but overall it was functional. There was no table or coffee table. There is a noisy street behind the bedroom, and the window didn't block much of the sound so there was street noise. HOWEVER - 2 of our friends stayed in Villa 1. It was just remodeled and beautiful - barn doors, stainless, granite. We met the owner Gal, and he said he bought the property recently and is remodeling the units one after the other. He was very nice, and the remodeled unit was amazing. So the bottom line of this review is - we would probably stay at this unit again as is. We would definitely stay at it or one of the upgraded units once the remodel is complete.

Nice stay by the beach

Nice little place close to the beach. A little older, but well maintained. Kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. Walking distance to everything is South Kihei.

This property has a good location.but.needs some work..The front entrance door.barely locks.and is very heavy to move.A microwave.would be a great asset to the condo.and more dishes to use.I would not recommend this unit to a friend. More updates would be more appealing.

Maui Cove Park Inn Unit #9

We enjoyed our week's stay in unit # 9. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and in a very convenient location. This is not the Ritz by any means but a comfortable spacious cottage near one of the best beaches on Maui, Charley Young Beach. We didn't cook but the kitchen had most of what you would need if you wanted to. There was a full-sized refridgerator that held all of our drinks, water, and left-over food. Ralph provided beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkelling gear, beach mats and hats. The only thing missing was a small cooler to use for the beach and day trips, although there was a very large one too big to take with us. This wasn't much of a problem as the beach chairs had small "cooler" built into the backs. I truly look forward to returning to Maui soon and would definitely stay at the Maui Cove Park Inn again!

Great condo with all amenities, close to many beaches and walking distance to shops & restaurants

We stayed in Villa 9 which had a covered patio for shade and sunny area with chairs. You could see the surfers every morning visiting Cove Park across the street and watch the sunsets at night. There are a couple of great beaches in easy walking distance and it's also close to numerous restaurants. The amenities in the condo were more than expected including everything you might need and more (our unit had items that I assume were bought by other vacationers and not supplied by management but they came in very handy for us including olive oil, plastic wrap, plastic containers and even shampoo). The beach gear supplied we used almost every day (cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie board) and really added to our vacation. Ralph was great to deal with and even texted us with severe weather warnings. The only complaint I have about our particular Villa was the noise from the people renting out the upstairs unit. There doesn't seem to be much sound proofing between the units. I would definitely return, however I would likely rent one of the units that doesn't have upstairs neighbours since we are light sleepers.

Very nice clean place, fully equipped and perfectly located!

We had a great stay at Maui Cove Park Inn! The place is perfectly located, with the beach across the street and many good restaurant and a supermarket on foot. Very clean, very well equipped place. Our room was located on the road side, and it gets noisy early on mornings. That's our only complain!

Conveniently located within walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants.

This is a well kept property. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. Maui Cove Park is very reasonably priced. We felt at home and were welcomed by the manager who wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. The owner also came by and was very friendly. It was super to have the beach across the street and to be able to also walk to restaurants and shops and to not have to drive everywhere. The only setback was we were on the ground floor of the only two story building and above us for the last two days was a family with children who were constantly running around very early in the morning. If possible it might be a good idea to put families with children on the ground floor. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Love, love, LOVED this place!!!!!

My husband and I decided to go to Hawaii on a "baby-moon" as we are expecting our first child. We wanted a place close to a beach, walking distance to amenities, but on the quieter side for night life. All this we found at Maui Cove Park. We stayed in unit #8 which is the only second level unit....has its own entrance off the main street, and a little covered parking pad. The unit is really quite large for a one bedroom condo. It has a nice bedroom (very clean and well-kept), bathroom, spacious living room, and fully stocked kitchen with utensils, Tupperware, dishes, appliances (including toaster, blender, coffee-maker)....everything you could possibly need. The property is a 3 min walk to the beach...2 actually. A main beach which is a favorite surfing beach, along with a little secluded beach hidden from the road. We only ventured to another beach 2 out of the 8 days we were there because we loved the little secluded beach so much. Even saw a gigantic turtle swimming in the water. The sunrise/sunsets are amazing and can be watched from the balcony. As for the owner, Ralph...I cant say enough wonderful things about him. He greeted us the day we arrived, showed us around the condo, brought us for a walk around the condo complex, and showed us the access to the secluded beach. He also gave us a book about the island of Maui and made recommendations of what to go see. He also checked in a couple times to make sure we were comfortable (especially myself being pregnant). Such a great person....he made is feel like we were long time friends of his, not just renters. I suppose the only thing I can say is that the area doesn't have a lot for a younger crowd (teens to early 20's). Its meant for travelers that are looking to relax. Once baby is born and we save a bit of money, we will be coming back to visit Ralph as a family. In the meantime, we will be recommending this place to our extended friends and family. Our kind of place

My husband and I are not resort people so the Cove Park Inn is the kind of place we seek out. We had a nicely equipped kitchen, parked our car steps from our door, walked to bars, restaurants & the beach & the room had plenty of clean towels. The property has 2 barbeques & a really nice washer / dryer. The room also had an ice chest, beach chairs, umbrella & boogie board. The owner / manager Ralph has put a lot of thought and care into the inn. We have stayed on Maui before in similarly priced rooms and this was by far the best.
