Park Place -aukion ja Four O'Clock Roadin kulmassa Breckenridin keskustassa sijaitsevassa Park Place -huoneistossamme on lähellä hissejä ja vain yhden korttelin kävelymatka Main Streetille. Vieraat voivat hiihtää neljän O 'Clock Runin ja kävellä heidän huoneistoaan. Kompleksissa on myös kaksi ulkouima-allasta, kaasu-palo kuoppaan ja ilmainen katettu parkkipaikka sekä kausiluonteinen pääsy Upper Village -altaaseen ja porealtaalle.

Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen 2-hengen deluxe end-unit-huoneisto on yksi Park Placein suurimmista yksiköistä - se on täydellinen pakopaikka perheille tai jopa yhdeksän hengen ryhmille. Olohuoneessa on holvatut katot ja suuret ikkunat, mikä antaa tilalle kirkkaan, avoimen tuntuman. Voit myös olla vaikuttunut kauniista kaasu takka ympäröi kivi ja oma parveke omalla kaasugrilli. Great location for family ski trip!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Park Place Breckenridge. The location was perfect.. close enough to the ski trails to ski back for lunch and the hit the slopes again and also a short walk to town. The layout of the condo was excellent with ample room for our teenagers to spread out. The heated tile floor in the bathroom was a nice surprise. The Summit Mountain staff was quick to respond to inquiries but did not resolve any of our issues. Parking instructions were unclear, household supplies were lacking and several minor issues were left unaddressed such as broken coffee maker, multiple burned out light bulbs, disconnected tv. They said they would deliver missing items, but never did.

Property was just as suggested online. Near main Street, and easy to access lifts as well as public transit. Great variety of kitchen equipment.

Great stay! Beautiful condo. Stairs were tough.

Great Stay! Condo was beautiful. Clean but needed some deep cleaning to wood surfaces, artificial plants and metal light fixtures. The layout was perfect. 3 flights of stairs provided great exercise but were tough. All-in-All i would definitely rent again!

Great Summer Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Park Place in Breckenridge. Our family of four (kids age 9 and 12) stayed for a week at the end of June. The condo was very clean and an nicely decorated. We really appreciated the ample amount of towels provided and necessities like toilet paper and garbage bags. We were able to walk to the adorable Main Street for shopping, dinners, and ice cream. The pool and hot tubs are an easy walk from the condo. We would highly recommend staying at this condo!

Great condo in Breck!

We had a great stay. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was walking distance to restaurants, Snowflake lift and main street. The property staff was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed in advance. Would definitely return and highly recommend to others!

Great location and well appointed condo

We stayed with our two teenage children and it was perfect for us. Everything was walkable and the condo was the perfect place to relax after a busy day of hiking and sightseeing. If we had any questions we could easily reach Lauren and she helped us within minutes.

Our family of 7 stayed here for a week and had a very relaxing time. The condo was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed to make it a great stay.

Enjoyed out stay! Too far to walk with boots to jump on lift but perfect for walking to town. Loved the location. The Condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so took it slow bringing items up to condo due to altitude. Rooms were nice, plenty of hot water, condo was clean, no complaints there. Only real complaint was the heat. We were roasting, turned thermostat down to 0 and still pumping heat so had to open sliders. Not many tall drinking glasses but plenty of wine and small juice glasses. If you plan on using the pull out couch, DON'T! The springs are sticking out and can not be slept on. This should not be advertised. All in all, great location and very comfortable, quiet at night and would stay there again.

A Great Stay for Our Girl's Trip Reunion

Reviewer Comments: From the time we booked our lodging until the time we checked out (and beyond), the staff at Summit Mountain Rentals went above and beyond to accommodate our circumstances. The condo was clean, provided enough space for all to sleep (5), coziness with the gas fireplace, hot water and good water pressure in the showers, and had the kitchen items we needed. There was no elevator so the walk up 3 flights with luggage was difficult, especially with the Altitude change, but there was a downyown bus pick up right in front of the property. We arrived in Breckenridge several hours before check-in and staff allowed us to store luggage in the office. And as we had to check out by 10 the last day, we had several hours before our transp picked us up so again, they allowed us to leave luggage in their office! Thanks again for a great experience in Breckenridge!!

About a 5 minute walk to the Snowflake lift and able to ski back on Lower 4 O'Clock to the back of the building across the street. Also very close to main street. Condo was clean with a large kitchen area.
