Tervetuloa Sunset Villa Resortiin Marbella Northiin, joka on yksi Floridan keskustan johtavista porteista. Ihannetapauksessa vain muutaman minuutin päässä Disney-huvipuistoista, kotimme tarjoaa kaiken mitä tarvitset seuraavalle matkalle Sunshine State -tilaan. Kun astut kotiimme, sinua odottaa ylellisyyden, rentoutumisen ja rauhallisuuden tunne. Nousevat holvattu katto ja avoin konseptisuunnittelu tarjoavat täydelliset puitteet vapaa-ajanviettoon ja viihteeseen.

Makuuhuoneet on jaettu ensimmäisen ja toisen kerroksen välillä. Pääkerroksessa on upea päällikön sviitti, jossa on king-size-vuode, vaatehuone, iso kylpyhuone ja oma näyttöovi, joka johtaa uima-altaan alueelle. Yläkerrassa on toinen isäntä, jossa on hemmotteleva queen-size-vuode, vaatehuone ja oma kylpyhuone. Kolmessa muussa makuuhuoneessamme on queen-size-vuode, kaksinkertainen ja meripeninkulman tyyliin suunniteltu kahden hengen huone, jossa lapset voivat mielellään nukkua. Kaikissa huoneissamme on kaapelitelevisio.

Täysin varusteltu keittiö tarjoaa kaiken mitä tarvitset uima-altaan välipaloja tai gourmet-illallista valmistettaessa, kun taas valoisa ja ilmava perhehuoneemme on täydellinen paikka rentoutua päivän jälkeen, joka vietettiin tutkimalla kaikkea sitä, mitä Florida tarjoaa. Voit katsella suosikkielokuvasi suuressa teräväpiirtotelevisiossamme tai vain rentoutua nauttien drinkin.

Eikä siinä vielä kaikki! Astu ulos ja ota näytteitä uima-altaan asumisen iloista. Tilava terassi on varustettu valikoimalla pöytiä, tuoleja ja sohva täydellistä mukavuutta varten, kun taas rehevä, trooppinen maisemointi tarjoaa kaiken tarvitsemasi yksityisyyden. Takapihalla turvatarkastus on ihanteellinen virkistävän uinnin tai terapeuttisen istunnon nauttimiseen viereisessä kylpylässä. Länteen päin oleva takapihamme tarkoittaa, että sinulla on aina täydellinen näkymä auringonlaskuun, kun taas uima-altaan valaistus tekee siitä täydellisen ruokailla ulkosalla tähtien alla. Rauhallisella kadulla sijaitsevassa kodissamme ei ole etu- tai takapihanaapureita. Se on todella keidas!

Property very immaculately cleaned. Kind of skimpy on supples - dish soap, no wash clothes,Dishwasher soap. We felt not ideal for seniors. No railings in pool or hot tub. I injured myself getting out of hot tub. Large tub in master bath- no handrails to help getting out of high sided tub. The hot tub never did get hot but only slightly warm. Despite all this we enjoyed our stay with family members,

Great place!

I absolutely loved the house! The House is everything the listing showed. It was very clean, it was a very nice house, great pool with a hot tub. The location is probably fine the neighborhood was great, but due to all the traffic the travel time it took to get to at least Universal and SeaWorld was more than double what the listing showed. I don't think that's the hosts fault I think it's just due to the traffic. Normally I think it wouldn't have been so bad but it took a little over an hour to get from the house to Universal. I would definitely stay here again though it was a great place and a great neighborhood.

Good, Not Great

We wanted to love this home. It’s very nice in many ways. If you need a larger house with room for more than one family, this one works for sleeping. The decor is appealing and the house is clean with a few exceptions ~ one being the stains on the carpet in the main floor bedroom. This being the master bed seemed a bit small, but not terrible. The comfort factor was a big issue for us. The family room needs attention. There are two smaller couches and neither are comfortable for kicking back and watching tv. Very stiff. There’s nothing to put your feet up on either. I can’t see how more than one family could enjoy gathering in there. The big kitchen counter is good but no bar stools. Definitely could benefit from additional seating and an ottoman. As for entertainment, the home is not equipped with any premium movie channels. Basic cable. We had trouble with it and had to have a service tech come out to change everything. For 6k rental per-month, it would be good to at least offer one movie channel other than free on demand. Also we were shocked to arrive late in the day and wake the following morning to realize there was nothing there to get us started. Not a sugar packet, a new salt and pepper set or a dishwasher pod. Nothing unhealthy or unsafe about a small box of sealed sugar packs. The pool deck area is EXTREMELY narrow. Pics don’t show this. Very tight space. Nice view though. We had issues with the alarm too. Owners are responsive. Neighbors are mostly quiet.

Great Villa

We had a fabulous time at this lovely villa. We had a very minor issue whilst we were staying there, however the property manager had it all sorted within the day. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

Family trip

My family trip was great! The home was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Response from the owner with any question was excellent. The game room was a plus and kept everyone entertained. I would definitely recommend this villa to a family going on vacation.

Spacious house

We stayed at the house for a week and really enjoyed our time. On the main floor is the master bedroom with the en-suite. On the second floor are 4 bedrooms, one with an en-suite that you can also access from the hallway and another bathroom (3.5 bathrooms in total). We liked the interior and the quiet neighborhood. We wished that the kitchen would have had more storage for our groceries and the outdoor space at the pool was really small for 9 people. A bigger umbrella would have helped, too. Our friend likes to grill and had to rent one - to have a grill at the house would have been convenient. The house itself was very clean, except the pool water. We had little things floating in the pool/hot tub. Also we couldn’t get the hot tub hot. It was more a warm tub. The air hockey in the garage is too used to work well. Overall these are minor things to us and won‘t affect a 5-star rating (the price for the house was fair as well).

Comfortable home!

We enjoyed our stay at this Davenport house! Very clean!! We liked the pool and hot tub. Owners were very responsive to minor issues. As noted in other review, bring your own pool towels.

Great Stay

This property is located in a quiet community and was a great house. Very nicely decorated and furnished. The maintenance company and owner were very attentive to our minor issue with the pool heat which was fixed quickly and worked well for the remainder of our stay.

Very clean and Spacious

The house was perfect for our family to spend the week near Orlando. Each person had their own room and bathroom. The pool and hot tub was very nice to relax in! The cleanliness of the house was great as well. I recommend that other guests bring their own extra pool/beach towels, spices, and soaps (dish, laundry, etc.).

Amazing stay

We had a great time! House was clean! The fridge smelled like bleach (my favorite)! The pool was great and the neighborhood was super safe! I woke up every morning and went on a walk! We had a slight issue with the air conditioning but it was fixed within two hours! Can’t wait to stay again! Thank you for a great time!

Property poorly maintained, amenities inaccurate.

8 of 10 days required contact with owners or property management. Toilet, air conditioning and spa not working eventually repaired. Broken outdoor furniture and accessories were dangerous for our children. 7 light bulbs in bathrooms not present. Paid for heated pool however didn’t function properly for several days. TVs in 3 bedrooms just on wall no ability to use as they were not smart TVs and no cable. A complaint was submitted to both VRBO with photos attached and owner as well as request for refund no response received. Created a stressful vacation rather than needed relaxation.

One of the best Houses I have stayed

This home was beautiful. Clean and all ready to go! We have stayed at many homes over the last 13 years and this one is great! The home was great for a family! The beds were very very comfortable! Plenty of bathrooms and washer and dryer there! The game room was a hit with my kids! The pool was beautiful. We paid for pool heat and was heated perfectly! You can’t go wrong with this home! Beautiful community with a gated entrance for added security. House is in the back on the end kinda alone! The owners were great with communicating also! Thank you !!!

Definitely Recommend!!!

When my family and I arrived at this house, we were pleasantly surprised at how much we loved this home. We had a total of 3 kids and we all fit into the house, and had plenty of room for more people. Disney and Universal Studios are not far from this home, which was great for my children. The house was very clean and was well equipped for our stay. My kids loved that every bedroom had a television, so that they can watch TV before going to sleep. My entire family loved the beautiful backyard, the view was amazing! I would highly recommend this property to anyone who has children and will be returning to this house very soon!

Wonderful Vacation Home!!

This house in Marbella North was a fantastic vacation home. When we arrived the house was very clean, had great furniture, and accommodated everything that you could possibly need .The best part of the house was the beautiful pool and scenic view from the backyard. We would lounge on our chairs every night and watch the sunset. If I were to return to Florida, I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this home away from home to anyone looking for a vacation!

Stunning Vacation Villa !!

Everything was fantastic start to finish. The Villa exceeded our expectations, the interior was absolutely spotless, recently painted and professionally decorated, we felt like kings! The home grounds were immaculate, the gated community made us feel secure. Property description and pictures by far exceeded our expectations. From serene quiet being located in a court, to pool view overlooking the marsh was spectacular, picture prefect watching the sunset while slipping on a glass of wine. We couldn't ask for more! The property management company was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and provided restaurant and shopping suggestions which were all within minutes of the home. I definitely return to vacation here again and would definitely recommend to Villa others.

You HAVE to vacation here!!! Amazing Villa!!!

We are absolutely delighted with Paradise Palms villa. Our experience started off perfectly from the time we spoke to Bruna and Anna. Bruna and Anna accommodated all of our requests, and provided insightful suggestions about the surrounding area. We were completely satisfied with the home upon arrival. It was very clean and came with all possible amenities you could think of. The breathtaking view from the pool deck was unbelievable, lounging in the hot tub, and watching the sunset was amazing and something I will never forget. This is definitely a home I would vacation in again and would recommend to all my friends and colleagues. The Paradise Palm villa is an undiscovered jewel in Davenport, Florida.
