Located in a private gated community less than 20 miles from Walt Disney World Resort, this family-friendly home offers guests the perfect abode for a magical family escape! Delight yourself with a screened-in heated pool in your backyard, the perfect amenity no matter whether you are visiting in the summer or in the winter. The pool area also features plenty of beach and pool chairs for poolside fun and relaxation.

Inside, the air-conditioned living area hosts plenty of comfortable sofas surrounding a smart TV with cable, offering a great spot for indoor fun. Speaking of indoor fun, this retreat also offers an air hockey table in the garage. Adjoining the living area is the well-appointed kitchen with all major appliances needed, including a dishwasher. As you continue the tour, you will find a second living area with more comfortable seating and another smart TV with cable. Both living areas are perfect for groups with different interests when it comes to movies and/or TV shows. Planning on packing light? The washer/dryer on site allows you to pack as light as you would like - there is no need to worry about laundry anymore!

Pool heating is available from October 1st through May 1st. Pool heating is optional.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
