El Constante on ollut Texasinlahden rannikon maamerkki yli 30 vuoden ajan. Tämä hyvin hoidettu, perheystävällinen kompleksi on rantakohde, johon perheesi käy, luodakseen muistoja, jotka kestävät eliniän. Useat ruoka- ja viihdekohteet ovat lähellä ja suosittuja aktiviteetteja, kuten ranta- ja laiturikalastus; surffausta, ratsastusta tai vain rentoutumista ja auringonottoa ovat kaikki sormenpäässäsi. Täysin uusi Schlitterbahn-vesipuisto on nyt auki ja on vain 3 mailin päässä. Jos tuot veneen, arvostat veneiden veneiden ja kanavajärjestelmien käytön mahdollisuutta lähellä saarta.

Voit nukkua 4 tässä kodikkaassa rannan edessä sijaitsevassa kiinteistössä, jossa on king-size-vuode sekä oleskelutilassa queen-size-vuodesohva. Tämä trooppinen maanpinnan yhden makuuhuoneen yksikkö tarjoaa yksityisen makuuhuoneen sekä avoimen keittiön, ruokailu- ja oleskelualueen viereisellä kylpyhuoneella.

Nothing beats having private bathrooms, showers and air conditioning just a few steps from the waterfront. The units are one bedroom apartments with sleeper sofa. And the porch facing the sea was a great place to sit in the breeze and watch the beach activities. We could see fireworks from there. Uber and Favor delivery but the drive into town is easy.

As usual, the staff at Padre Escapes was very helpful from reservations to changes,checkout, and even the day after checkout. Amber was helpful. The location was great. The condo was clean and well stocked for the most part. The cookie sheet in the stove needs to be replaced (rusty). The only other issue was the hot water in the kitchen wasn't working. Amber said she would report it. Overall beautiful area to hang out in the afternoons and evenings. Food market is 5 minutes away in case you forget something.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very satisfied with our overall stay and the cleanliness of the condo, with the perfect setting on the gulf side of Padre Island. Relaxing stay, convenient side-trips to attractions, restaurants, shops, on Padre and Corpus Christi. The only drawbacks of our one week stay was a faulty "on-demand" hot water heater (extreme hot to cold) and an extremely soft bed (uncomfortable). We notified the office of the hot water heater, near the end of our stay. They were prompt about trying to resolve the issue, and they responded immediately by sending a maintenance person over to check out the issue. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we would return again!

Wonderful beach place

We’re usually hotel people but couldn’t find anything on the water, so we used AIRBNB. I was initially hesitant as we’ve had an issue in the past but this location was perfect; patio on the beach front, clean, well appointed and the hosts instructions were easy to follow. Zero complaints and would use them again.

A RELAXING TRIP TO CELEBRATE ANNIVERSARY! NOT PERFECT, BUT CLOSE!

The beach was right in front of us with a great view for people watching and listening to the sounds of waves breaking. The first floor location facing the beach was PERFECT for this Senior couple. The condo was cute and everything we needed for our short 2 night stay was there for us. We would use this location again for a beach vacay, however there were some issues that you might be interested in hearing. The bed was plenty big. We are used to a King bed. The advert said it was a Queen, but it didn't feel small. However, the mattress was WAY soft, like memory foam. It was difficult to move on it, but we both were able to sleep ok once we found a position we liked. If you are a roller, you may have issues. The a/c worked pretty good for a majority of the condo but it got a little warm in the bedroom.The TV service works but is confusing. There are two remotes for both of the tv's (LR and BR) We had a problem with "no connection" issues a couple of times. We tried calling the management after hours, but the person on the phone had no way to send help or to offer assistance over the phone. She was honest about her lack of IT skills and apologized. Luckily, we were able to finally trouble shoot the problem. We recommend to the management people that they provide better instructions for using the equipment. I acknowledge that we are NOT that tech savy, so it may not be an issue for most people, but for awhile, we were not happy.Overall, I would recommend this place with the understanding that you are aware of the issues I mentioned here. We enjoyed our short stay very much.

However, there were a couple things I noticed with the condition of the property: no hot water, has tankless heater that tripped the breaker every time we attempted to use hot water. The hand towel holder fell off the wall, useless. I left a list of issues on the kitchen counter. Terrific beach access. Clean grounds, small shower to wash sand off prior to entering the condo.
