Tämä kaunis, peruskorjattu ensimmäisen kerroksen huoneisto sijaitsee Westerlyn Wilcoxin puiston alueella. Tämä kahden makuuhuoneen, yhden kylpyhuoneen huoneisto sijaitsee omistaman miehitetyn kahden perheen kotiosaston ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Makuuhuoneessa on kalifornialainen king-size-vuode ja isot kaksinkertaiset kaapit! Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen kokoinen vuodesohva, jossa on ulosvedettävä yksi vyörypyörä alhaalla. Huoneessa on myös high-back-vuodesohva ja lukulamppu sekä suuri työpöytä.

Huoneisto on sisustettu perheen antiikkiesineillä, mukaan lukien ylimääräinen ruokapöytä 10, joka asui kerran yhdessä Watch Hillin historiallisesta kartanosta rannalla, Norman Hallissa.

Meillä on kaikki tarvittavat ranta-tarvikkeet: ranta tuolit, pyyhkeet, aurinkovarjo, boogie-levyt ja jäähdytin. Nauti "Cottage Pass" Wuskenau "Uusi" Town Beach ilmainen pysäköinti ja helppo pääsy merelle.

Great place to relax!

Great mix of modern comfort in a historic location! Awesome Rhode Island town with restaurants, a park, shopping, and even a YMCA close by... was a relaxing time to spend with family and truly loved our stay! Eliza made everything very easy and was a great host!

Fantastic accommodations and location

We enjoyed every second of our time at Karen and Eliza’s home. From the decor, to furnishings to location everything was top notch. Incredibly comfortable place to stay and very safe and secure. Lots to do and places to eat within an easy, short walk. We hope to return again!

A Lovely Flat!!

Our family of four loved staying here. Everything we needed was there for us, plus lots of extras. It was very clean and comfortable and thoughtfully prepared for guests with info on local sites and history as well as gear for the beach. If you like staying somewhere special, you’ll love this location. It’s a historic home, nicely renovated, with views out the front wall of windows onto downtown Westerly, the library (coffee inside!) and the park. Great location for shopping, eating, or taking a walk or run. You can also catch a play at the theatre next door. Your hosts live upstairs and are quickly available for anything you need. And the dahlias in the flowerbeds will amaze you. We’ll be back for sure!

Gorgeous home with easy access to everything

This was our first vacation as a family of three and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The apartment is gorgeous and feels like home. Eliza and Karen live on premises and are super responsive with questions/recommendations. Everything you could want or need was truly only a few minutes walk away. Such a relaxing and nice time away!

Wonderful apartment in Downtown Westerly

The apartment was beautiful, a hidden gem overlooking downtown! Amenities provided were excellent, the location was unbelievable, and the space was very well thought out. The host was easily reachable and had great suggestions for things to do/places to eat in the area. Ample beach supplies were provided along with a day pass for a local beach. Overall our stay was perfect, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Best VRBO experience

We arrived late in the evening from the West Coast and the owner arranged a convenient way to retrieve the key and had the lights and air conditioning on and waiting for us. The apartment was spotless and fully stocked above our expectations from prior VRBO‘s. It was beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and the location could not be better in Westerly! Our first and lasting impression was the apartment felt “homey and comfortable.” The owner was very gracious and we were definitely recommend this rental.

Charming Westerly Apartment

My husband and I rented this property the week of our wedding, and we are so happy we did! Initially we were sold on the location and price of the unit, but upon check in we realized just how much love was put into the home! We loved walking to McQuade’s marketplace for our groceries, especially the smoked crab pate! We didn’t end up needing any beach supplies, but the hall closet was stocked with everything you would need! We didn’t cook much, but there was a well stocked kitchen we could have taken advantage of. At the end of the week we were left wishing we had another week to enjoy the home and the area. We hope to come back again, soon!

Great Unit, Wonderful Stay

We had a very good experience with the property and the hosts. The property is well-situated next to downtown / a park. The unit itself is beautiful from the open layout and many windows to the furniture. The hosts were also responsive and provided great suggestions for things to do in the area. We highly recommend this rental and hope to return!

Wonderful and great amenities!

My friend and I came for a girls trip and had a great time! The owner was very thoughtful and had a full stocked kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom was amazing and super comfortable. The only drawback was the second bedroom which was close to the stairwell and was a little noisy in the morning. Outside of that, the home is nestled in a convenient location near the local shops and restaurants. Would rent again!

Lovely apartment in my hometown.

This apartment was perfect for our needs. It was clean, comfortable and convenient to all that downtown Westerly offers: the park, the United and Granite theaters, the Savoy bookstore, other shops, restaurants. I would definitely rent the space again and can highly recommend it to the public.

Lovely property, great location

Your apartment is the best! I had a great time staying there. The apartment is spotlessly clean, roomy and comfortable and included a washer-dryer, well appointed kitchen and lots of material on the local surroundings with things to do and places to eat. Best of all, the location in downtown Westerly is right across from the park and within walking distance of everything in town. It was great to just walk to a restaurant in the evening and explore the shops during the day. You were great hosts and I look forward to returning!

Perfection in adorable downtown Westerly

We recently stayed at this fabulous downtown townhouse. Having grown up in Westerly and wanted to come home for a visit, I loved feeling like I was on a vacation in my own hometown. The owners have done an amazing job with this rental. Beautifully decorated and outfitted with everyone one could need! Beach chairs, towels, beach passes, local guides, a fully outfitted kitchen, comfy beds, make this the perfect place for a getaway. Directly across from wonderful Wilcox Park, the location is perfect for morning and afternoon walks. Downtown Westerly has awesome restaurants and coffee shops and it’s so fun to walk around. The beaches of Westerly are only a ten minute drive away and the passes make getting there a breeze. This rental has the best of both worlds and between that and such kind owners, it is not to be missed! This rental should be the the model of rentals on Homeaway. Thank you Lizey and Karen!

A great spacious place full of charm and interest.

Our stay at this lovely home was wonderful. Although we were right in the center of Westerly, it was quiet. Because of its location, we were within walking distance to a beautiful park, affordable shops, and various restaurants and coffee shops. It was also easy to get to several beaches and Newport to see the mansions! The owners created a cozy space full of everything one needs for a comfortable stay. We loved our at this lovely home!

We had a wonderful time!

Eliza and Karen have a beautiful, spacious apartment, extremely well maintained--in fact it looks just as lovely as it does in all the pictures. The apartment is very close to all the attractions of downtown Westerly. That was terrific as we had mixed weather, so if it was drizzly we could just walk to the library or the wonderful Savoy bookstore or a variety of cafes and restaurants. Our hosts also provided a beach pass and all the beach towels, towels, and other amenities we could desire. We have two small children and they absolutely loved the big space, as well as our hosts! We felt extremely comfortable there, and we hope to be back one day!

Great experience!

This was our first vacation to the area and we will definitely be going back. This location was perfect, close to everything, lots of food around and right across the street from a beautiful park. Excellent Stay!

Perfect rental property in Westerly... rental has everything anyone could need while on vacation... kitchen is very well equipped... bedrooms are very comfortable... and owners are absolutely wonderful! While there, we felt very much at home. Close to Stonington, CT and Watch Hill, RI. Highly recommend.

A wonderful place to stay

Eliza's place is even more beautiful in person. It has everything you need - a great kitchen/dining area for eating in, comfy beds and seating areas, beach items - and the location is perfect. We enjoyed exploring Westerly and the neighboring towns, as well as relaxing at the house. A HUGE bonus is the beach pass, which allowed us to park at the beach and save or money for more lobster rolls! Eliza was very welcoming and provided us with additional information about the festivities happening over Memorial Day Weekend. I would recommend this place without any hesitation, and look forward to visiting again soon.
